We finished class. It was boring. More boring that you could ever think of. I bet the teacher does not even like teaching it.
We, me and Drew, walked up to our lockers. Girls staring at him while boys staring at me. What for? Why? Whatever..
"Andrew," someone called him, in a soft yet sweet voice.
We turn our heads around to see the popular girls. The leader, Audrey, fortunately got a crush on my brother. The whole school knows that, even those newbies like me.
Audrey went closer and closer to Drew, while he step back.
"Audrey, really?"
"What?"
"What the hell are you doing? Trying to make me fall in love with you? Not gonna happen," he smirked, an evil smirk.
"Whatever, but I still will love you, baby boo," she says in a "cute" yet annoying voice and walked away.
"Baby boo? What the hell?" I asked, feeling disgusted by that word..phrase..whatever.
"Don't mind her, Kayl. She's just a crazy ass bitch trying to win every boy's hearts,"
"She sure is," I said as we reached to our lockers.
We put our things inside and empty our bags. Then put whatever we need inside our bags from our lockers. Complicated? I hope not.
"Hey Drew, I see you were late," someone said behind us.
Of course, who else? It was Vince. But this time, he's with the rest of his teammates, besides Drew. I locked eyes with a fimiliar one. I then realized that he, the one who I locked eyes with, was Danny.
He caught me looking at him as he give a slight smile. I looked to the floor as I blushed. Vince and Drew was talking about something that I didn't pay attention, not like always. I was busy thinking 'bout Danny.
Vince and his teammates left. It's me and Drew again.
"So, what's that all about?"
"Oh nothing. Just Vince telling me that there will be a training this week. He just heard that from our coach,"
"Ohh, good for you. When?"
"Today, after school. So that means you have to go home alone,"
"Wait..what?! Come on! Can't you send me home or something?"
"No, I can't. But someone can,"
"Who?"
"Andrew and Kaylee Robinson. Miss me?" we heard a voice. Before I could turn around, I saw Drew smirking. I turned around and my jaws fell.
"NATHAN?! IS THAT REALLY YOU?!" I scream to the top of my lungs. I can't believe what I saw, it's actually him!
"Of course it's actually me,"
"NATHAN!" I scream again. At the same time, I run up to him and hug him tightly. He hugged back.
Nathan is my cousin. Not just any normal cousin, but an awesome one! He is the same age as Drew too.
"I miss you! So, so much!" I mumbled to his ears.
"I miss you too cuzzy," he said as we broke the hug.
Drew come over and give him a handshake that they've made a long time ago.
Nathan was moved to Australia since he was 17. We had not seen him afterwards. That is the main reason why I miss him so much.
