Chapter 6: Grade

Christal POV:

Kinakabahan na ako. Breath Christal. Breath. Kaya mo iyan.

"Good afternoon everyone. This is Christal Montecillo, a Graduating Student of Heaven University proudly honor as the representative of my Alma mater to interview the hottest man in the country."

Narinig kong palakpakan ng audiences. Matamis na ngiti ang makikita ng lahat sa akin. I will enjoy every bit of the interview.

"Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the most awaited interview of one of the most elite bachelor's in the country Engr. Zadkiel Maverick Emerson."

Ngumiti naman si Sir Mave sa aming lahat. "Hello everyone. Good afternoon especially to our audiences who's watching us right now in their respective homes. I hope you're doing great."

Tumili naman ang audiences sa sinabi ni sir Mave, ang kanyang mga empleyado na kilig na kilig. Naka ere din kasi kami sa TV at dito kukuha ng marka ang propesor namin.  Of course, bibigyan din ako ng marka ni sir Mave sa interview kong ito. Kapag maganda ang kinalalabasan ng interview, mataas ang aking marka. Dito rin nakasalalay ang aking kinabukasan dahil kapag bagsak ako nito, hindi ako ga-graduate.

"Jusko sir, aatakihin ako sa ngiti mo. Napakagwapo." Rinig ko pang sigaw ng isa sa kanyang mga empleyado. Nagtawanan naman ang lahat. Maski ako ay natawa sa kanyang sinabi. Sa bagay gwapo naman talaga siya.

Umayos ako ng upo at sinimulan na ang interview. "Sir, before anything else, I would like to thank you for making this interview possible. I know you are a busy man but you gave us time for this so we, the Heaven University grateful for that."

He just smiled at me. "No problem. And You're welcome." Shit. Pamatay ang ngiti niya. Tumili muli ang audiences para tuloy kaming nasa isang concert.

I cleared my throat. Sinimulan ko na ang pagtatanong sa kanya. "Sir, being one of the most elite bachelor's in the country, do you feel pressured about it?"

He just smirked and said. "No, there's no pressure. I mean, I'm not competing anyone. I'm in my own competition. I'm also happy for the success of others. I also admired my other bachelor's on their respective endeavor. "

"Oh my gosh sir. Mahal na mahal talaga kita sir, matagal na."  Sigaw ng isa sa empleyado ni sir Mave. Grabe, parang hindi na ako makahinga rito. Interview ba ito o Concert? Ganito pala ang karisma ng nag-iisang Engr. Emerson.

"Oh, wow sir, you have many fans." He just laughed for that. Tilian muli ng audiences. Shit. Kailan ba sila titigil sa katitili? Mababasag na eardrum ko nito.

"Okay sir, next question, do you still have another ambition in life? Or are you contented now the things that you have?"

Tumitig lamang siya sa akin. Kung kanina ay grabe ang tilian ngayon naman ay napakatahimik. I wonder what's the reason of silence.

He looked amused. "I want to build a family. I want to have a family on my own. That's another ambition that I want to have and to pursue."

I smiled at him and nodded. He just smiled back. "Ayieh!....." Hiyaw ng audience.

"OMG, I smell something." 

"I love the way how you stare for each other." 

Dahil sa sinabi ng isang audience ay biglang uminit ang pisngi ko. Tilian na naman nang dahil doon. Tumingin ako kay sir Mave at nakita kong napangisi ito. Shit. Sumenyas siya sa audiences na tahimik kaya tumahimik ito.

"Sir, I have only three questions left because only five questions will allow us during the interview."

Tumango naman siya. I continue the interview. "Define success."
