Chocolate Coke Float Cupcakes

Yay! A cupcake version of (most of ours) favorite drink! A luscious, Coca-Cola cupcake topped with a scoop of fluffy whipped cream


Ingredient for :


1 box devil's food cake or chocolate cake mix (no additional ingredients)


1 can Coca-Cola (about 1 1/2 cups)


Whipped Cream


Directions:


1.) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the Coca-Cola and the cake mix (simply mix until it looks like regular chocolate batter). Line a cupcake pan with whatever patterned liners you want. Then fill them HALFWAY with batter. The batter will be thick, so to make things easier, just cut off a corner of a plastic bag and pipe in the batter.


2.) Bake the cupcakes for 15-16 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the pan and let them sit on a tray or plate somewhere until they are cool. If they are hot or warm, they will melt the whipped cream.


3.) Dollop whipped cream over the cupcake tops. If you're serving them right away, try serving them with vanilla ice cream scooped over the top instead of whipped cream.


4.) Garnish (if you want) and serve
