I need to back off, everybody.

"I want people to notice, but I just know they won't, and that's what hurts the most."
I stood in the foyer, glancing into the parts of the house I could see from here, thinking, "What do I do now?"

~
Kentrell had found his stash of candy and was eating some with the bag on his lap. He rocked his leg up and down in mid-air before putting it down on the ground and back up again. He chuckled as he watched the television, changing the channel every so often.

As he chewed a gummy piece of candy that he enjoyed making, he grabbed the candy wrapper to look at the name, wanting to remember it so he could buy some more whenever he decided to go food shopping. Just as he opened another one of the sweet candies, his mind began to run. The silence made his mind run.

"Now, what do I do?"

A nap was the only logical answer.
He figured he would try the big, spacious jacuzzi tub and then the glass open-concept shower after a long sleep in his cozy bed, which was covered with plush blankets to keep him warm and protected. He shuffled into the awaiting bathroom.

"Damn!" His eyes fully opened as bubbles surrounded him. He didn't notice it stopping until he turned back around and reached for the knobs underneath the bubbles. The bubbles and foam started to disappear, and he turned the water off fully before leaving the room, having enough of the water and bubbles for now.

Entering the bedroom, He took his spot sitting on the bed. He just shook his head and continued to get comfortable in his bed. He had been sitting here for hours. Kentrell had been enjoying his time alone; for the moment, he needed to get up soon.

Also, he was beginning to get used to being alone, but he knew that after being away too long, Ben would come over soon, which would take away the entire reason for his being alone. He did miss his friend; they had gotten closer over the years, and he was becoming his favorite person. No one replaced Ben in his life.

"I wonder what is he doing?"
He wondered as he lay on his bed, careful of his leg. He was tired, and he knew he needed to rest his body. A nap. He needed a great long sleep in his comfy bed, with plush blankets keeping him warm and protected. Rubbing his tightly sealed eyes, which finally awakened him from his slumber, he shuffled into the bathroom, bare as the day he was born.

He slipped into the tub. The man leaned against the marble backdrop, looking down at himself, his arms folded against his torso.
He sputtered as a sentimental hand looped around his wrist. What about a secluded isolation area that makes one feel so cuddly?

He tried to keep his ideas and mind right, but it was becoming difficult with every swoosh of soap swiped against his back and shoulder blades. A glance behind him showed his silhouette through the fogged window pane of glass. The movement dropped as the bubbles reached the middle of his back and engulfed him like a tight hug. His body became one as he began to mush his lips against the frothy cloud before him, crying into it.

"I don't want to be alone."
