Kin can make other people or machines insane by touching them or making eye contact with them for over five seconds, but when she isn't using her quirk on other people, she herself is insane. She can only use this part of her quirk while she is wearing a hat, so she tends to always wear and hat and never taking it off except to sleep and shower.
When she is making other people insane, they start to see things that aren't there or start think random thoughts that could be good, bad, or just random. Those are the same affects she has when she is insane expect that she doesn't get the bad thoughts as often, but the things she sees don't tend to be on her side so they try to attack her, even though she knows it isn't real sometimes she forgets it and can help but dodge the attacks and make her look more insane to the normal person.
The other part of her quirk is that when she takes her hat off she can make anything she wants to come out of it, like the pulling a rabbit come out of a hat trick but she can make whatever she wants. The things she makes respond to her mental commands, she can make that things expand or shrink.
Drawbacks:
When she makes too many people insane, the stuff she sees tend to become real and try to attack her. When that happens, it goes on for around 12 hours, she tries to dodge all the attacks the whole time but half the time it ends up getting her. When it ends up landing an attack on her she will pass out and be unconscious for the remainder of the 12 hours. Normal people can see the stuff she sees when that happens, but it won't try to attack them but if they do end up getting hit, it just fades away.
Extra:
When she drinks tea, it tends to make her insanity fade away a little, so she doesn't see as much as usual but not by much. She also does gymnastics, and she is really good at it, so she uses her skills to fight.
