Review: Starting out the book has a lot of potential. I mean half animal half human sounds pretty cool.

And it's not that the story's plot line is bad. In fact when done right can really introduce an interesting problem for our main character.

The problem that sets in is the reader never really understands the danger. Unless we understand the risk/danger of the situation we will never care.

And yes they talk about it but, as I was reading the story I really did not understand how big of a deal this is for the character and you give us nothing to really root for.

Also the character development is just terrible. You never really get to see who the main character is. And because the author never truly expresses the deep emotion of what our main character is going through it is hard for us to finally be happy for her.

And it is not just the main character but all the characters have almost no character development. You never really have a favorite character because we never get to know any of the characters.

And plot holes, plot holes everywhere make sure you don't fall in one. Because they are all in the story. What is the government doing about this? Do they think these people are dangerous or useful?

Where did these people first come from? A science experiment gone wrong? What is it! Also, in this book there are so many parts that are unnecessary.

Most of the time when an author is writing a story you look for those little things because they are like little bread crumbs in the story. You don't throw them around if it isn't going to amount to anything in the end.

And I know this book is suppose to be a trilogy but, when the book ended I didn't really want it to continue. The book didn't end on an exciting note that made you want to continue reading.

And it is a real shame because, there are so many books here on Wattpad with bad langue and high sexual content. So to have a book not have all those things but, not be a good book is a real bummer.

I really wanted to like this book. It is a very popular read here on Wattpad. Bothing against the author but, this is not something I would recommend.
