"The sunset is so pretty today"

You say staring at the sky.

"Yes...it is"

Chan says staring at you.

You look over at Chan.

"I don't want summer to be over"

"Why?"

Chan says looking at you.

"Because we have to go back to hell"

Chan laughs.

"At least you have me there"

You roll your eyes.

Chan hugs you.

"You know you love me!"

"Chan stop!"

Chan tickles you.

You both laugh.

You smile looking at him.

You lay your head on his shoulder.

"I don't want the summer to end"

You say holding Chan's hand.

"Why's that?"

"This summer was so much fun...it felt like we spent every day together and I loved it"

You smile.

Chan laughs.

"Your cute"

He says gripping your hand harder.

You blush a bit.

There was a bit of silence and you both looked at the sun slowly going down.

You guys were sitting on a bench near your houses, you loved to watch the sunsets with him. It made you feel so happy, you loved being with your best friend.

"Are you ready for tomorrow?"

He asks now looking at you.

"I guess...I don't want to go back to school"

"It will be a fun year y/n...it's our senior year"

"And? Doesn't help with our annoying friends"

"They aren't that annoying y/n..."

"Yes, they are! Every 5 seconds they are always like "are you and Chan dating?...your guys would be a good couple...you guys are so cute oh my god"...it's fucking irritating"

"Yeah that's true"

He laughs.

"It will be okay y/n"

He says putting his arm around you. 

"Besides what's so bad about people saying that we are dating?"

He says looking at you.

"I'm not gonna answer that..."

You laugh.

"Ugh...whatever"

"It's getting a little late...my parents probably want me back for dinner...so I'll see you tomorrow?"

You say.

"Yeah, we're still walking together tomorrow right?"

He asks.

"Yes of course Chan"

"Okay"

He smiles.

"See you in the morning loser"

"Yeah yeah bye channie"

"Bye y/n"

He hugs you.

You walk your separate ways, and you smiled. He hugs you all the time but today felt different. You brushed it off...its nothing, right?
