These two are in collage

"Come on mark, Please," Jon begged. Jon and Mark had been in band for about a year now. Of course, Jon dragged him into joining band, Now he was trying to get him to go on a band trip with him, to a band collage. Mark really didn't want to go, he had things to do, it was on a Sunday.

"Idk Jon, I have work Sunday. What time are we getting home?" Mark asked. Jon smiled. "Were gonna get home around 9 p.m," Jon said. "And you don't have work Sunday, You told me you were off," Jon said. "It's this Sunday!?" Mark shouted.

The room went quiet, and everyone looked at them. Mark nervously chuckled, and everyone went back to talking with their friends. "We have to learn 5 pieces of music, in 4 days!?" Mark quietly screamed. Jon smiled. "No," Mark said crossing.

Jon frowned. "But... But... Mark, You can't leave me to do this by myself," Jon cried. Mark was silent. Jon's eyes began to water. Mark eyes widened. "Alright alright fine!" He said uncrossing his arms. "Just, stop that," Mark said. "YAY!" Jon said hugging him. Mark rolled his eyes. They eventually went home, and went to bed.

~Next day~

During lunch time, mark and Jon were sitting with their friends at the lunch table, when Jon started feeling very overwhelmed and stressed. They were all talking about the collage and how they were marching in band.

Mark pointed out the fact that the other drum player wasn't there. Jon had played the drums and clarinet, while Mark plays clarinet. The other drum player was the oldest out of the drum players, and Jon depended a lot on Her.

Jon started flipping out on the inside, but kept his cool. "And we have about 6 pieces of music to learn before Sunday," Mark said to edd. Using him as a friend.

That flipped Jon out even more. How was he gonna prepare for the marching, and practice that music? Jon started rocking back and forth. Edd, Matt, and Mark looked at him. "Are you ok?" Mark asked. Jon didn't respond.

Mark frowned. "Uhh," Matt said confused. Jon looked at mark with tears in his eyes. "Omg," He said as he hugged Jon.

Tears filled Jon's eyes. "What's wrong?" Jon looked up. "I'm just stressed," He said. "Hey, are you ok?" Edd asked. Jon turned to him. "No," He said. "Omg, are you ok!?" Edd said. Jon gave a teary smile. Edd hugged Jon. Jon cried even more. He finally lifted his head up. "Whats wrong?" Edd asked.

"Stupid band. It's so stressful," Jon said. The bell rang, and Jon headed to band. He sat in a chair staring at the music stand. A tear rolled down his face. Eventually, mark entered the room, and sat next to Jon. "Hey, It's gonna be ok," Mark said. Jon kept staring. Jon looked at the band teacher, and that gave mark an Idea.

"Ok, Come here," Mark said walking up to the teacher. Jon followed. They walked up to the teachers desk, and mark and Jon waited for him to be done talking with another student. Once he was finished, Mark and Jon walked up to the teacher.

"Hey crash, About the-," Mark was interrupted by Mr. Crash knocking the music out of his hand. Crash and Mark giggled. Mark picked up the music. "About-," He was again interrupted by Crash knocking the music out of his hand. As mark picked it up, Crash looked at Jon and giggled, making Jon smile. Before Mark could even speak, Crash knocked the music out of his hand.

They all laughed. "Ok, about that," Mark said, pointing at the paper smiling. Crash chuckled. "So, Are we gonna have time to practice at the college?" Mark asked. "Oh yeah," Crash said, shaking his head. Mark turned to Jon. "See, I told ya, nothing to worry about," Mark said walking up to Jon. Jon nodded in response.

Mark sat on the floor, while Jon got his clarinet out. As Mark read a book, Jon sat next to mark with his Clarinet in his hand. Mark looked at him. "I thought you were practicing?" Mark questioned. "Yeah, but I need to calm down a bit," He said leaning on Mark. "Oh, ok," Mark smiled, and continued reading his book.

Eventually, Jon calmed down enough to play his Clarinet. He practiced a few songs, and laid back on mark. He read the pages of Mark's book, only to get cut off each time at the half of the page. Mark reads a lot faster than Jon. Eventually the bell range, and they went to 6th hour.

~TIME SKIP~

It was finally time for band. As Jon walked into the band room, he looked around, hoping the drum leader would be there. Unfortunately for him, she was not. So Jon was left as the only snare, again...

Jon silently put on his drum, and walked towards Mark, who was putting his clarinet together. Jon stayed silent. "You'll be fine," Mark said. Jon smiled.

As they headed outside, they found out they weren't marching, just practicing. That calmed Jon down a bit. Eventually, they all started playing, and Jon actually, got a compliment from someone standing beside him. That made him happy.

Jon and mark went inside after class and Jon had felt a lot better. Mark and Jon stayed after school, like always and went home.

Over weekend break, Jon had practiced Thursday, a bit Friday, and that was it. He was going to the collage on the clarinet, and he had broken his reed. He texted Mark in a panic.

Jon: Mark....

Mark: Wassup man U~U

Jon: My reed is broken...

Mark: ...

Jon: I don't know what to do...

Mark: See if you can come to my house tomorrow, I can get ya one

Jon: I can't... I'm going to see my grandma

Mark: ...

Jon: I don't wanna let my grandma down. But I also don't wanna disappoint Crash.

Mark: I'll bring you one Sunday, and we'll figure something out, Ok?

Jon: Ok.. ^^
