BANG CHAN second chance
"he broke up with me in the middle of a freaking restaurant," you say as you kick a stone that's laying on the ground. "i can't believe it."
the stone flies over the ground, then landing in the snow a few meters away. you sigh and groan angrily.
"i hate him."
next to you, chan is walking with his hands in his pockets as he listens to you, many thoughts in his head, all about the past.
"i'm sorry that i called you..."
you sigh and put your hands over your arms, shivers running down your spine. chan notices this and takes off his jacket, then wrapping it around your shoulders.
"thanks for picking me up. i didn't know who to call, other than you," you mumble.
he shrugs, "it's okay."
"no, it's not, chan."
you turn your head towards him as you stop walking. chan stops as well, a frown on his face as he watches you stop and look him in the eyes.
"we are over... and yet here i am calling my ex because my other ex broke up with me."
"i told you i'd always be there for you when we broke up, that hasn't changed."
you shake your head, "that's so wrong, chris..." you mumble, lowering your head to look at the ground. "it's wrong that we're still tangled in each other's life's."
"why would you say that?"
"because jungkook was right. you were still in my life, and i would still think about you, even though we have broken up months ago. you weren't supposed to be there when i was with someone else."
"maybe it's because we belong together."
"we don't, chris... there is a reason that we broke up."
