Prologue

Y/n was getting her makeup done while staring at her face in the mirror, she tried to hide the worry that filled her eyes.

Y/n mother, Mrs.Min came inside with a huge smile on her face. Her face lightened when she looked at her daughter in wedding dress.

"My daughter is looking like a princess..." She said and gave a kiss on her daughter's forehead.

"Where is Mr.Min. I searched everywhere! He is nowhere to be seen?" Mrs.Lee's sister asked barging into the room.

"What do you mean?" Mrs. Lee panicked and took out her phone to call him. She tired calling him few times but he didn't answer.

"Where did he go!? And that to at this time!? Who is going to walk with y/n down the aisle?" Mrs.Lee sister panicked.

Your mother took a deep breath before saying "Only he will complete this ritual. Even if this wedding stops right here........"

Y/n looked at her mom shocked, she wasn't expecting her mother to say this. She sighed in relief.

MR.MIN POV

Here I am in the airport, waiting for some important people, I was too deep in my thoughts to even notice the time.

You might have witnessed weddings cancelled because of the groom's absence. Or the ones that were cancelled due to the bride's absence.

But I think it's just my daughter's wedding that's cancelled as her father was absent.

I've not come away from there because I'm angry on my daughter. I came here because my love for my daughter and with the Respect I have on my daughter's love.

His assistant noticed the time and said "Mr.Min? Why are you here, at the time of your daughter's wedding?"

"There are a few people yet to come." Mr. Min answered looking at the watch

"People yet to come will come anyway sir. They will miss the wedding if they're late. But the wedding would crash if you're late." The assistant spoke.

"It won't stop due to my absence bit if would if they don't arrive." Mr.min answered.

"Are they so important?" His assistant questioned.

"When will the ****** flight will arrive?" He asked another question instead of answering him

"Uh it's arrives on 3 pm." His assistant replied slightly taken aback.

"You are blessed with a daughter and that too exactly at 3pm" the doctor words rang in his ears.

" It's 12 now. There's still 3 hours of time." The assistant said.

"It's 12 now. They say she would deliver in another 3 hours" His own voice echoed in his ears.

"Mr.Min?". He came out of trace after hearing his assistant voice.

25 years ago during the birth of my daughter I waited in fear for 3 hours. Then it was a fear whether I would transform into a father or not.

Now I'll fear whether I'll win as a father or not.
Mr.min thought to himself
