Yuto checked the time on his cell phone and looked up and down the street. He was leaning against the wall of the front entrance of Yukinaga Boy's Academy. "Damn," he grumbled. "Where are you, Chikuda?"

Because Natsue usually worked late, their driver was usually available to pick Natsumi and him up from school. If either of them had club activities, then they took one of the economical cars to school. It usually got a few sniggers from other students, but Yuto didn't care.

I don't have club today. Neither does Natsumi. School ended nearly a half-hour ago, so why is Chikuda late? Yuto folded his arms over his chest. It's not like he needs to make two stops! Natsumi is getting a ride home from Miyazawa today!

He stiffened, and dropped his arms to his sides. ...Oh. Is THAT why he's not here?

He didn't want to think about it. Yuto felt his throat tighten whenever he thought about it. He scrubbed a hand over his face and yanked his cell phone out. He hit Chikuda's number in his address book, and to his shock Chikuda's phone immediately went to voicemail. "Did you forget something today, Chikuda?"

That was the only thing he said before hanging up. Yuto squeezed his eyes shut and tilted his head back. Don't think about it. Don't think about it.

"You look like your father. Has anyone ever told you that?"

Natsue's voice flooded his mind and Yuto slammed his fist into the wall behind him. No! Don't think about it!

Yuto heard the rumble of an expensive car engine. He opened his eyes to see a silver Porsche™️ pull up to the sidewalk in front of him. Yuto recognized the car and his body immediately tensed. He was already in a bad mood, and this was definitely something he didn't need at the moment. He deepened his frown as the window rolled down, and he saw a handsome boy with dyed silver-blonde hair with an angular fringe style sitting behind the steering wheel on the left side. It was Koryu Noda, and he was smiling at Yuto. "Hello, Kumori. Do you need a ride?"

"Fuzakeru na," Yuto retorted, giving him the middle finger.

Instead of being insulted though, Noda laughed loudly. "So rude, Class Representative! You shouldn't use curse words on a friendly classmate!"

"You're anything but friendly Noda," Yuto said.

"Oh, I'm actually very nice," Noda said with a cold smile. "If you were to hang out with me, you would see so!"

"Not interested, Noda. Move along."

"Oh why must you think the worst of me?" Noda huffed, pretending to be offended. "Have I done anything to personally offend you, Kumori? I've got plenty of room in my car. If you were to come in here, you would see—"

"You're dating Itsuki Kiminiro, Noda," Yuto responded. "And I know you're still dating him because you haven't humiliated him with a public breakup like you've done with your previous boyfriends. So piss off and stop bothering me."

Noda shrugged at him. "Your loss." Then he drove away.

Yuto shook his head in disgust. I can't believe guys are still gullible enough to date him after what he's done to his exes. I almost feel sorry for Kiminiro, but he should've known what he was getting into. And he's Suzuhara's cousin.

Yuto knew that the fact that Itsuki Kiminiro was Wataru's cousin didn't mean he deserved to have his heart inevitably broken, but he couldn't help the thought. He checked his phone again. Chikuda hadn't called or texted him back. "The hell with it," he grumbled. "I'll take the damn train home!"

He started down the sidewalk, opening the website for the station to see the next train. The next one was not due for another forty minutes. "Kuso!" he swore. At this point he didn't care if anyone saw him dropping swear words in his school uniform.
