Anna was never one for partying, but her best friend, Kristoff, would not let her get away so easily this time. Parties always led to drunk people trying to get you into the bedroom. She didn't want to be part of that.
"You're going to the party" Kristoff said in a teasing tone. Even though he was super annoying and gross, he was Anna's best friend, or more like a brother.
"Kristoff! Why do you.... why do I need to go!?" Anna shouts back, visibly frustrated.
"Calm down feisty pants!" He giggles and walks up to her, just to pull her into a rough hug. "I'm stronger than you, and I will carry you to the car if I have to"
"Fine... I'll go to the Damn party," she grunts and crosses her arms " but you owe me."
The feisty red head was mad that Kristoff was pulling her into this, but at the same time she was excited. What if she met somebody? She's always kinda wanted a boyfriend. People have always told her that she should date Kristoff, but any body who is right in the mind is too smart to make that decision.
It didn't take long for Kristoff to pull Anna to the car, and before she knew it, they were already there. There was a lot of commotion going on in the house. She could hear the music from inside the car.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" She says nervously, looking over at Kristoff.
"Yeah! It's totally fine! Hans is here and so is your cousin Rupunzel." He says as he turn off his car. He was out of the car before she could complain anymore. Anna got out of the car and followed him.
"Just have fun, meet somebody, drink a little." He says then knocks on the door.
Hans opens the door, "Kristoff! I'm glad you showed up buddy!" He shouts and pulls Kristoff in for a rough hug. Hans stained shirt was untucked and his dark red hair was messed up. He was obviously drunk.
"Come on in!" He shouts obnoxiously and let's us in.
The house was packed, people were drinking and dancing all over. Anna walks I slowly, some drunk guys eyeing her on the way in. She waves at them shyly and follows kristoff like a puppy.
"Want a drink?" Kristoff asks and holds out a cup for Anna.
"I better not Kristoff" she says and pushes his hand away "who will drive you home when you get drunk?" She asks him, treating him like an idiot.
"I guess I didn't think of that!" He shouts over the music, taking the beer and smirking. "Thanks feisty pants!" He says and walk over to Hans.
Anna scans the room for anybody she knows, the she spots a petite brunette with a pixie cut. "Rupunzel!" She tries to shout over the music. The brunette doesn't notice. She jumps up and starts speed walking towards her. Not paying attention, Anna runs into somebody.
"Hey! Watch it!" Says a female voice. Anna quickly starts talking.
"Sorry! I'm so sorry!! I wasn't watching where I was going and I'm super nervous cause I've never been to a party before. My idiot friend Kristoff dragged me here and I told him it was a bad idea but he didn't listen, and... I saw my cousin and I was going to go see her and... and... I'm rambling aren't I?...." the red head stops herself and looks up at a gorgeous blonde. The blonde was laughing, laughing so hard that she had to keeps her eyes closed to stop the tears from coming out. "A-are you ok?" Asks the embarrassed red head.
"Yeah!" The says the blonde, trying to hold back her laughs "I'm actually great! I haven't laughed that hard in ages!"
Anna took her chance to examine the girl.
'Her hair... is that even natural? It looks like platinum.'
Once the blonde stopped laughing she looked down Anna. She could tell that the she was embarrassed. Very embarrassed. Her cheeks were bright red and she was biting her lip. Elsa had to admit, it was quite adorable.
"I'm sorry..." says Anna, trying to avoid eye contact. "I'll just leave you alone..." she says as she walks away.
Before Elsa realized it, the embarrassed girl was gone. She was hoping to get to know the girl. She looked around the room to try and find her again. The place was so packed it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Elsa shrugged after looking for a minute and she went to find her friend Merida.
Anna finally walked up to her cousin and was attacked with a bone crushing hug.
"Hi Anna! What are you doing here!?" Says Rupunzel as she hangs on Anna.
"Ow!... I.. I can't breath" gasps Anna as she tries to push the brunette away. Once she finally let go Anna gasps for air. The brunette was really strong for her size. She always said it's because there is monsters and creepy men out in public. It's hard to disagree with that.
"Sorry..." Rupunzel giggles and pushes her hair off her forehead "I got a little excited."
"I can tell" says Anna as she gives her a smirk "my god your strong... stop hanging out with Eugene and his buddies, they're influencing you in the wrong way." Anna chuckles "where is Eugene anyway?"
Rupunzel quickly spots him in the corner "he's over there hanging out with Hans and Kristoff" Anna looks over at them and grins stupidly. Anna sees that familiar platinum blonde hair again and quickly pulls on Rupunzel arm.
"Who is that?" She says into Rupunzels ear, pointing to the couch in the corner of the room.
"Merida? Or Elsa?" Rupunzel says after noticing where Anna is pointing.
"The one with the really pretty blonde hair! I ran into her and didn't catch her name" says Anna while stare at the blonde.
"Thats Elsa! She can be nice, she just shuts people out a lot. She graduated a few years ago, top of the class"
"She's like perfect. I wonder why she would ever shut anybody out? She seems so happy right now" Anna say loudly over the music.
"Merida is one of her only friends. They met at college and we're roommates." Rupunzel says and starts pushing Anna forward. "Go talk to her!"
"Wait.... what!?" Anna quickly tries to push back against her cousin but realizes there is no use trying. "I'm going to make a fool of myself! What if I start rambling!? Rupunzel don't do this!" Rupunzel giggles the whole time. By the time they get to the couch, Merida was gone. Anna turn away for. Her cousin and waves shyly at Elsa. She smiles and waves back. "Hi Elsa" Anna says and smiles.
"Hi! What do you need?" Elsa asks and scooches over on the couch over and pats the cushion. "Take a seat! Let's talk!" Elsa says excitedly.
Anna slowly takes a seat next to Elsa and looks at her nervously. 'If she normally shuts people out, why is she being so nice to me?'
" I never caught your name" Elsa says
"Umm... m-my name is Anna" she stutters nervously. 'Why!? Why do I have to stutter now!? Get yourself together Anna!'
"Hi Anna, my name is Elsa!" She holds out her hand for Anna to shake. She takes her hand nervously and shakes it. "Can I get you anything to drink?" Elsa asks.
Anna quickly shakes her head "I can't, I'm on driving duty!" She says and giggles silently "Thank you though!"
"Are you even of drinking age?" Elsa asks, looking quite interested. She sat up and watched Anna closely.
"Umm... I'm only 19. So no I'm not.... that doesn't mean I'm too much of a wimp to drink anything! I've had beer before and I've gotten drunk and my cousin had to take me home, the one who pushed me over here, Rupunzel. She's really strong for her size and I was really nervous to come over here... and I'm rambling again...." Anna's face turned bright red and she covered her face. "I'm sorry"
"No no!" Elsa says between giggles "don't apologize! I think it's adorable!"
"You do?" Anna asks as she looks up at the laughing blonde. Elsa nods and wipes a tear from her eye. Anna was glad that Elsa accepted her rambling, her herself thought it was horrible. She starts staring at Elsa without even realizing it. Elsa smiles at the girl and looks over her shoulder. 'What is she looking at?'
"What's this?" Elsa asks to break the silence. She points to a white steak in Anna's hair.
"Huh?... oh, yeah. I was born with it." Anna says after realizing what Elsa was pointing at. Anna wasn't exactly sure how she felt about the streak. She used to hate it when she was young, the kids use to tease her about it. But now she kinda forgets about it, it's just like any other part of her.
"I like it, it adds... what's the word I'm looking for?..... character? Yeah character! It makes you you! You stand out from the rest!" Anna gives Elsa a genuine smile as she says that.
Anna and Elsa talk for what seems like hours, until Anna sees Kristoff stumbling around and decides it's time he goes home.
"I'm sorry Elsa... I have to go now! It was nice meeting you" Anna says and she starts to get up.
"It was nice meeting you!" Elsa smiles at her "oh! Wait!" Anna freezes and watches Elsa pull out a sharpie marker. Elsa grabs onto her arm and writes her number on Anna's inner arm. "Text me!" She says happily.
Anna smiles and nods "I will!" She walks away for Elsa and looks around the room for Kristoff. She finds him in the corner flirting with some girls who look rather grossed out by him. Anna walks up to him and grabs onto his arm "Time to say good bye!" She says as she starts pulling him. She looks at the girls and mouths them an apology for her friends behavior. Once she gets him outside she quickly starts pushing him towards the car. "Come on you big dummy!"
"What? Why are we leavin' so early?" He asks, stumbling around on his feet.
"Kristoff you're drunk. I'm bringing you home." She says as she gets him to the car. She opens the passenger side and gets him in, then walks to the other side and hops in herself. She turns on the car and looks over at Kristoff, who looks about ready to pass out. She shakes her head and pulls out onto the road. Within 2 minutes, Kristoff was already asleep. She looks down at her arm for a second and grins stupidly. Anna wasn't expecting that she would meet a girl at the party, but that doesn't mean she's upset. She's actually more than happy, she was great.
