Great. Now we're running from a monster locker.

Luz threw some icicles at it, but it didn't affect it.

Somehow, Willow was in the middle of the hallway so we ran and hid behind her.

Willow drew a spell circle.

Small vines formed and grabbed the locker by the legs and caused it to fall down.

"Thanks, Willow." Luz said and hugged her.

"And that is why we try not to keep our lunches in the lockers." Gus says as he sits on the locker.

"So... ready for the club fair, Willow? Mayhaps you'll join me, Jade and Amity in the... Azura book club." Luz held up all 5 Azura books.

The books apparently gave her a paper cut and she dropped them.

"Thanks. But... I'm interested in something with a little more... drama, flare, and face paint." Willow says.

"I'm so excited to hear the next words out of your mouth." Luz says, intrigued.

"Flyer derby!" Willow says and pulls out her scroll.

She then shows us a video on a little skit about flyer derby.

"Ever since our grudgby match, I've been playing it at home. Today, I'm starting Hexside's first Flyer Derby team!" Willow says.

"Yeah!" Gus says as he throws confetti into the air.

This Flyer Derby thing sounds pretty cool. I might join it.

But first, it was time for the Club Fair.

Me and Luz were at our Azura stand trying to sell some books.

"Journey with us to a world of magic unlike any other! Well, uh, a bit like this world, except toned down for ages 6 to 11. Why isn't anyone interested?" Luz says.

"The art doesn't do it any favors." Boscha comes up and says.

"Not judging a book by its cover is a baby rule even babies know. Plus, you don't read Azura for the art! There's so much magic in the words." Luz says.

Boscha then reads out a quote from the book.

"Okay, the prose can be... ornate. But it- it's also the crackling emotions! The convoluted magic system! The smell of the pages!" Luz says and snorts as she puts her face in the book.

Amity runs up to us out of breath.

"Luz! [pants] I heard that..." Amity speaks.

"Spill it, hermosa!" Luz says.

"The author of Azura is having a signing this afternoon at the Book Nook!" Amity says and shows the back of the book.

"Hmmm. Why does that orange hair look familiar?" I questioned.

Luz looks confused by this.

"You are much less excited than I imagined." Amity says.

"Uh, excuse me, I'm still here." Boscha says.

"Shut the hell up, three eyes." I say to her.

"I'm just confused. The author is human." Luz points out.

"No, she's not. She's from the Demon Realm. How do you think I got my books?" Amity says.

"How do you think we got ours? Look!" Luz shows Amity the author photo on the book.

In the process, Boscha accidentally gets pushed back.

"See? Human!" Luz compares our version of the book.
