Yoh and I had made plans to
hang out at my house on the weekend, doing
nothing besides listening to music
and watching TV.
Yoh has been my best friend my whole life, and
for all this time I had to keep it
a secret about my feelings for him.
Once he came over, he practically ran up the stairs and too my room hopping
on my bed.
Damn you didn't even take your
shoes off. I chuckled
I soon joined him and my stash of snacks
was already by his side.
For hours we watched bad tv show after bad tv show, making fun of commercials, as we
baked in the toasty summer sun.
The orange hue that leaked through
my room as the sun began to set caused the room
to become dimmer and dimmer.
Soon the room was almost completely doused in the hue of the sunset , and after hours of
staring at a screen I felt tired, my eyes
began to feel heavy.
I let out a few yawns here and there.
The room was silent, and my main focus was on the TV, as they were playing reruns of
my favorite shows.
I didn't even realize Yoh sneakily joining me under the covers and resting
his head on my pillow.
During a commercial break, my attention averted when I heard a low rumbling noise.
When I turned to my side, I saw Yoh fast asleep,
any closer and he would be on my chest.
I blushed, he was so peaceful and the
moment was so precious I didn't know how to react.
He was snoring, growing heavier by
the minute mostly due to Anna's gruesome training.
I smiled and brushed the hair out of his face.
The sudden movement seemed to startle him,
as he turned on his back and
coughed slightly, before turning back to
me and wrapping his arms around my arm.
Now COMPLETELY red, I watched in awe as
he began mumbling.
".. hao... amida-... *snore* ...."
My heart was beating out of my chest,
the boy I had the biggest crush on was sleeping on me in my bed in my room
and sleep talking!
I tried to calm down and focus on the TV but couldn't.
"...y/n.. i.. zzzzz...."
You what Yoh? WHAT?
After moments of silence you brushed it off
as him just dreaming about battle or something.
It was quiet for what seemed like a while, soon you're attention was completely off
Yoh who was still asleep.
"...y/n.."
Yoh woke up, rubbing his eyes.
You smiled, welcome back sleepy head.
Ehh??? How long was I asleep for???
Enough for you to drool on me.. You giggled
A wave of embarrassment spread
over Yoh's face.
Y/N...
You turned. And immediately turned down
the volume.
What is it?
He was blushing, the thing is.. I had a dream.. and I think it's a sign..
Yeah an—?
Before you could get another word out,
Yoh suddenly playfully hit you upside the head with a pillow.
You smiled, following suit.
You each took turns dancing around your room pillow fighting until Yoh teased you by
using some Mana when hitting you.
It knocked you down on the floor, and you both laughed as you pulled him
down with you.
You both laughed until you realized
how close your faces were.
His gaze straightened as he slowly reached his hand out, cupping your cheek.
You feel your eyes squint close as the warm embrace of his lips touched yours.
As the two of you passionately kissed, a wave of emotions burst inside of you.
Excitement, joy, fear, anxiety, it was all so overwhelming that you couldn't believe this was actually happening.
As he pulled away, he smiled his cute smile.
"That was what me dream was."
