Cause we can?!

It's been about a week since we told the girls about the new baby, their pretty much over it now.

"Hey darling, i'm going to hook up the trailer, meet me outside in 5!" Jb yelled from the door. He doesn't know this but I already know we are going to get new horses. He's been 'secretly' working his ass off in the barn setting it up.

It's been around 5 minutes before I go outside to meet him. I open the door and the view of the ranch never fails to put me in awe. Soon enough he pulls around with his new Ford F450 King ranch. Why he bought the truck? Well he told me so we could have the nicest rigs, but that stuff doesn't matter to me. Behind his massive truck is again a massive trailer. It's a 6 horse (at least) slant load with a huge living quarters in the front. Why we need this rig to pick up a few horses today? No idea.

"Baby why do we need the big rig?" I asked him because there was no way we needed it all.

"I dunno cause we can?" he responded while opening my door so I could get in.

"Okay then... so what's the plan?" I already know but he's full of surprises still. We pull out of the drive way and get onto the main road.

"We are gonna stop at this barn about 30 minutes from here. Then another around 15 minutes away from the first one. Then we are going to Codi's." he said. I love being right.

"Okay! There's been something that i've been meaning to talk to you about." I said in the least scary voice. We've talked about it a little but not a full plan yet.

"Okay what's up?" He said very skeptically.

"When are we gonna get married?" I asked him. We have talked about it a little in the past like right after we got engaged and after my fall.

"Um well I was gonna take you to Codi's this afternoon to talk about that, if that's alright with you? I figured you would want her to help you plan things." He said while driving.

"Oh Jb that would be perfect! Thank you for thinking of that!!" I love how considerate of everything he is, he's always been that way. From little things like not letting me sit on metal bleachers in the winter rodeos without putting a blanket over them because it makes me cold all the way to remembering what all my horses eat so he can get up eat and feed them for me.

Bullet has also been home for the last week. He came home to the new ranch a few days after we got it. He's a complete nervous wreck since the accident and will not even let me walk him around the ring. I plan on just retiring him for the time being, he's still young but I don't know if we could work through those problems together.

(20 minutes later at the first barn)

"Alright we are here!!" Jb said more than excited.

"Jb what are we doing at a barn?" I already knew but I wanna be 100% sure.

"I got you some new horses!!! Don't worry they are all pretty badass." He said with his big smile.

"I can't wait to see them." I smiled back and said.

Soon enough the owner of the barn came out, she's a real pretty girl and i'm sure i've seen her around. "Hey! My names Riley Conner! Are y'all Ada and Jb here to see the 2 horses?" she smiled and asked.

Jb spoke up and said "Yes ma'am, nice to meet you."

"Yeah it's nice to meet you." I said as I shook her hand.

"Well I have them over here if you wanna come see them. You can ride them today too if you like them." Riley said and she walked us over too the fields.
