Talent Academy

It was my first day at this new school and I wasn't looking forward to it. I missed my old school. This school sounded all posh. It was a talent academy because apparently I'm talented but I don't think so.

My dad drove up to the school and drove through the gates that were big and regal. It was also sort of good, I was going because my boyfriend went to this school.

I stepped out of the car, got my stuff out of the boot and said bye to my dad and as I did he gave me a sad look and waved goodbye. As I walked up to the school my long golden blonde hair blew in the warm summer breeze. I was wearing a thigh length light pink skirt and a purple top with heels and my hair was part up with a ribbon.

I stepped onto the door steps. Everyone outside was looking at me. As I stepped in a teacher came running up to greet me, she took me to my room i walked in it was a big room with 4 other girls in there.

One girl was wearing a black mini skirt with a leather jacket on and boots she had light brown hair and brown eyes,another girl was wearing black denim shorts and a cropped shirt with converse shoes she had medium length black hair, also there was a girl standing in the corner she had shoulder length brown hair and ripped jeans and a strapless top another girl in here was on the bed talking to someone on the phone she had bright red hair and she was wearing pair of red skinny jeans with a black and red top she had a pair of shiny converse.

The girl who was standing in the corner ran up to me and shouted "Hi!" in my face. She started to bombard me with questions, "Who are you? Whats your name? Whats your talent?" She didnt give me anytime to answer.

The girl wearing the cropped top came over and put her hand on the other girl's shoulder and said "Katie stop asking her loads of questions. You're making her uncomfortable."

Katie walked away with a sigh.

"So what's your name?" The girl on the bed said.

"Mackenzie" I said quietly.

"Hi im Lexi, nice to meet you. That was Katie" She pointed at the girl who walked away. "This is Ruby," She gestured to the girl sitting on the bed. "And Stacey." She pointed to the other girl, by the bed. Lexi held out her hand and I shook it awkwardly. "Welcome to Talent Academy!"

I walked over to the empty bed by the window and started to unpack my things when I heard a knock on the door. I turned my head to see stacey bounce over and open the door and I saw my boyfriend leaning against the doorframe, smiling at me. He held his arms out towards me so I ran over and hugged him and as I did I felt a warm feeling shoot through my body.

"How do you know him?"stacey asked. I heard a slight shock in her voice.

"He went to my old school before he came here. He's my boyfriend." I said. "Awwwwwww!" I heard Ruby say. I giggled nervously. Suddenly Riley's friends called him

"Is that your girl friend?" they said, all of them suprised

"Yeah," replied Riley all the boys gathered all around us, i could see people staring at me it was all like it was in slow motion.

I peered around the door i saw a tall blonde girl with sunglasses on there were two girls next to her all walking at the same pace, her head turned to look me in the eyes she gave me an evil look. I turned away and looked around everyone had gone, even Riley .I went down the corridor to have a look round the school, there was rooms everywhere most of the bedrooms had the doors open with a couple of people in them, I also went to the bottom floor to see all the class rooms.

went towards the big hall near the back of the school there was a sign on the door saying singers,apparently my talent is singing but i've never recorded my self before i went into the room there was a lady standing in there she had brown hair and a blue dress on she was looking through papers then she looked up at me and said "Oh hello. Are you the new student Mackenzie?" i nodded my head "So you can sing right? Im Layla nice to meet you I will be you singing teacher." She gestured to me to go over to her she asked me what songs can i sing and I said "Dont you worry child," she nodded and started to play it on the piano she threw me a peice of paper it had the lyrics on!!, I closed my eyes and started to sing then i stopped..... she stopped aswell "what?" Layla said, "i cant its to embarasing!" I said.
