David Sands and his two children, Hunter and Jordan, had fallen on hard times. They were struggling to make ends meet after David lost his job. Bills were piling up, and it seemed like they would never catch a break. That was until they received a letter that would change their lives forever.
The letter was from a lawyer in Romania, informing them that their long lost relative, Dragomir Ducovic, had passed away and willed them his mansion in Wolfsberg, Romania. David was skeptical at first, but he did some digging and found out that Dragomir Ducovic was indeed a distant relative on his wife's side of the family. They had never met him, but according to the lawyer, Dragomir had no other heirs and had specifically left the mansion to the Sands family.
Excited at the opportunity to start over, David and his children packed their things and boarded a plane to Romania. They landed in Bucharest and hired a car to take them to Wolfsberg. The drive was long and winding, taking them through dense forests and quaint villages. As they got closer to their destination, they could see the gothic silhouette of the mansion looming in the distance.
When they arrived, they were awestruck by the sheer size and grandeur of the estate. Wolfsberg Manor was a sprawling, ancient castle that looked like it had been plucked straight out of a horror movie. The grounds were surrounded by a high stone wall, and a large iron gate creaked open to let them in.
They were greeted by a woman who introduced herself as Madame Varcolac, the caretaker of the estate. She was a tall, regal woman with piercing green eyes and jet-black hair. She welcomed them with a smile, but there was something unsettling about her that David couldn't quite put his finger on.
Madame Varcolac led them on a tour of the mansion, showing them the various rooms and amenities. The Sands family was impressed by the opulence of the place, but there was an eerie feeling that hung in the air. Something about the mansion seemed...off.
As they settled into their new home, Hunter and Jordan were thrilled to explore every nook and cranny of the mansion. But David couldn't help but feel like they had walked into a trap. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was watching them, something ancient and malevolent that lurked in the shadows of the castle.
The Sands family had inherited more than just a mansion in Wolfsberg. They had unknowingly stepped into a world of secrets and darkness, where the line between reality and myth was blurred. And little did they know, the legacy of the Ducovic bloodline was about to catch up with them in the most frightening way possible.
