Boruto POV
So far I was having a fairly regular day until I saw a girl that looked like a carbon copy of the old man. I was heading towards the training grounds to train when I saw her just standing there looking around in awe as if she had been there before but hadn't seen it when it was reconstructed. I walked up to her and talked to her.
"Hi, are you looking for the Hokage tower? I can lead you there if you want," I told her
She turned to me and blinked before seemingly realizing what I said.
"Hmm? Oh! Hello! No, I'm not looking for the tower since I know the way but I'll gladly take up your offer," the woman said with a nice smile.
"Well come on I'll lead you there!" I replied with a cheerful grin.
We proceeded to walk there with a comfortable silence before she asked me a question that honestly surprised me but answered anyway and made a conversation on the way.
"So who's the current Hokage?" the woman asked
"You seriously don't know?!"
"No I don't 'cause I was too busy dealing with village affairs 'ttebaki!" She whined
Her whole sentence was slightly weird because one, she was whining, kind of childish, she talked about village affairs which meant she was part of a village council and most surprising of all she used a verbal tic similar to the old man's and mine.
"Well, the current Hokage is Uzumaki Naruto who happens to be my father," I finally answered.
"Ah, so Naru-chan finally made it, huh? I guess after the war that much was obvious. So that means you're Uzumaki Boruto?" She asked.
"Yep! Did you know my dad?" I asked in return
"Oh! I didn't introduce myself, did I? My name is Uzumaki Kyuuki 'ttebaki!" she answered.
I was surprised yet again. She was an Uzumaki. I wanted to ask more questions but noticed we were in front of the office doors, proving that she knew her way around. But before I could knock on the door she just opened the door and entered.
