This Is Wrong (Naruto x Itachi)

part 1. the meeting

It was like any other day in the leaf but somehow naruto got mixed up in this. He was just minding his own business now he was here standing before 2 akatsuki members. They wanted him for some shit with the 9 tails. One was a shark man, but the other was a beautiful man with long black hair. He couldn't ignore his leaf headband or his scarlet red eyes. He put 2 and 2 together but was confused. 'I thought the whole uchiha clan was killed' naruto thought to himself. He was zoned out before he realized sasuke was now being held up by the throat by the beautiful man. "SASUKE NO." Naruto yelled. Naruto wanted to rush to get sasuke but his legs wouldn't move. It was like the last thing he wanted was to hurt that man. He didn't understand it. 'Why does my brother mean anything to the cute blonde?' Itachi thought to himself.

"Itachi we're not here for that brat. We're here for the jinchuriki brat." kisame reminded itachi. Before he could respond though jiraiya turned the hallway into a toads stomach with his jutsu saving sasuke. Itachi and kisame had to get out of there because they knew they were in trouble now. Naruto finally came back to earth as he wasn't really here when he was watching that man. He looked over at jiraiya and asked him.

"Hey pervy sage who was that one with black hair?"

"Itachi uchiha." jiraiya answered before he went and picked up sasuke to bring him to the hospital. Naruto knew something about him. But only that he killed his whole clan. Nothing else not why or who his family was, nothing. Naruto kept dreaming of itachi and he didn't know why. He didn't know nothing about him. Naruto decided to go for a walk around the forest to clear him head.

Itachi was off with kisame and he was pissing him off. He kept rambling about how they should have killed everyone when they could. Itachi got pissed and wanted to see the blonde again. He didn't understand why but it was like something was pulling him back. "Kisame." Itachi had interrupted his rant. "I'm going for a walk to be alone. Follow me and I'll kill you. I'll catch up when I can." He said before walking away.

"Well that's new." Kisame said to himself. Itachi started walking not to sure where his feet were taking him. Then he looked up and saw they took him to the leaf village. He didn't know why his feet took him here but then he looked to his side and saw the blonde. That's why he realized he sat there a moment watching the blonde boy walk around. He looked like something was on his mind. Itachi decided to reveal himself.

"Something on your mind?" He said to the blonde in a hushed voice. Naruto turned around and got into a fighting stance.

"Itachi uchiha." Naruto said with anger even though he was silently happy to see him.

"I'm not here to fight you. If I was you would already be caught in my genjutsu." Itachi informed him. "And don't you think its a little unfair to know my name and I don't know yours?" Itachi said.

"Naruto naruto uzumaki." Naruto told him. Itachi's eyes got really wide he remembered an uzumaki. His mothers best friend that died. 'Is that his mother?' Itachi thought to himself. 'It has to be he looked just like Kushina Uzumaki's husband.' He realized that was the boy his mother use to say she would protect because that's what kushina would want. That would also explain why naruto has the 9 tails. He shares her blood so he's able to become a jinchuriki. Itachi was even more interested in getting to know the blonde now.

"Instead of ready to fight me. Why don't we sit down by the stream and talk." Itachi told him. Naruto started walking towards the stream but he was completely tense. "Naruto you don't have to be so worried. If I was gonna kill you I would by now." Itachi said. He was getting annoyed. He didn't want naruto to be scared of him or worried for his life. Naruto started to relax a bit. As they sat there talking to each other about life and how its been. Itachi was hurt when he heard how the village treated naruto. But instead of showing it. He decided to start making jokes. Making naruto laugh so hard. He loved the smile on the boys face. He kept making jokes making naruto laugh more and more. He was so happy seeing naruto laugh. At some point they decided to start cloud watching. Seeing what shapes they could make out of the clouds.

"I didn't think this is how my day would go." Naruto said abruptly.

"What do you mean?" Itachi asked him.

"Well just the other day you guys were trying to kidnap me and now we're sitting here watching the clouds. You gotta admit its kinda weird." Naruto said. Itachi chuckled.

"I guess your right. It is weird. But for some reason it feels like I'm supposed to be here. Just relaxing and watching the clouds with the boy my boss wants me to capture." Itachi said while thinking. It started to get late and naruto ended up falling asleep on the ground. "Ugh he gonna get a cold." Itachi whispered to himself. Itachi knew he had to get back. So he got up and put his cloak on naruto to help keep him warm and built a fire to make sure. He wrote him a note and headed back to the hideout.
