Best friends

•Tori's pov•

My name is Tori Vega. I'm 17 and I go to Hollywood arts academy. I'm in my junior year of high school, and it's almost summer break. My best friends are Beck, Cat, Andre, Robbie, and...Jade. Jade and I get along sometimes, so we agreed to make a truce and be friends, for Beck's sake. Beck and I are best friends, and next door neighbors. We have been since we were born. So Jade had to get accustomed to me before she could date Beck. His rules, not mine.

*doorbell rings*

"I'll get it!" I yell to whoever is home or listening.

"Hey tor." Beck greeted as I let him in.

"Hey. I'm ready to go." I said. Beck is my ride to school.

"Okay. Let's go then." Beck says back. He seems out of it this morning. I'll ask him about it later.

School was finally over. I was in the car with Beck when I noticed he was still off.

"Hey, Beck, are you okay?" I ask, concerned.

"I'm fine." He replied immediately.

"No, your not." I said back.

"Yes I am tori!" Beck yelled at me. I was taken back by his response so I just looked away, biting the inside of my mouth to keep from crying.

"Sorry." He said to me after a second. I said nothing.

•Beck's pov•

No, I'm not fine. Jade and I keep getting into fights, and they're about Tori. I apparently "can't stop talking about her" but I don't even talk about her that much? She thinks I like her and doesn't want me talking to her anymore. But that's not going to happen. I won't let that happen. I just keep getting this feeling, that maybe, just maybe Jade is right. Maybe I do have feelings for Tori. But even if I did, they wouldn't be as strong as my feelings for Jade. I hope.
