Just friends

chapter 3

I woke up in the morning and realized it was the weekend. I got out of bed and took a shower. I then blow dryed and straightened my hair. I got dressed into leggings and a pink long shirt.

I walked out of my room and went down stairs to eat breakfast. my mom had already had made a huge platter of food. She made eggs, bacon, sausage and a bowl of fruit.

my mom has always been a 5 star cook in my opinion.

All of a sudden as I was eating my phone rang. The caller id was named Liz. Liz has been my best friend since 2nd grade. She has always been there for me and I have always been there for her.

I answered the phone. "Hey" I said. "Hey I was wondering if you would like to go to the fair today?"

"who's all going?" I asked. She replied. "Alyssa, kate, Andrew, Harry and Emma" I rolled my eyes when I heard Emma.

I agreed and she said to meet her at her house at 12. I was 11:45.

I quickly ran upstairs to do my makeup and grab my bag. I told my mother where I was going and she was perfectly okay with it

I walked out the door and jumped in my car. I have a black Corolla. I got it for my birthday when I 16.

I drove to Liz's house and as soon as I drove into the drive way I regretted coming.
