Klee woke up to the sun in her eyes. She jumped up at the sight of a sunny day, filled with excitement and happiness.

"Klee! Come down for breakfast!" a familiar voice called.

"Okay Uncle Kaeya! What are we having?" asked Klee.

"Fried eggs," replied Kaeya

"Aww.. Can't I have fisherman's toast or something?" Begged Klee.

"No, or else you won't be able to visit your friends in Liyue today."

"WHAT!? I'm going to Liyue?"

"Well. a ginger man offered to take you there for free. Don't you want to go? (On the plus side, you're always such a hassle... the Knights could do better without you)"

"YAY! Klee wants to go! Klee wants to go! Klee wa-"

"Shut up or I'm cancelling it" Mumbled Kaeya. "Eat, then you'll go."

What a grump. Looks like it's one of his bad days.

After Klee finished her eggs (they tasted flavorless and dull) Klee waved goodbye to Uncle Kaeya (who mumbled in response) and exited the house, which was conveniently the second floor of the Knights of Favonious building. In front of the building stood a ginger haired man about the same height of Kaeya.

"Hey there kid!" greeted the unknown man. "I'm Tartaglia, but you can call me Childe. Childe with an E."

"Ooo!! Cool name!"

"Thanks! What's your name?"

"Klee and Dodoco, my best friend."

"K-L-E-E" Spelled Childe

"Yep! And your name is spelled C,H,E,L,D! Klee loves spelling! Master Jean says I'm a good speller and drawer!!!"

Childe chuckled. "Actually, it's spelled C-H-I-L-D-E,"

Klee thought this was a silly man.

"Can we go to Liyue now? Please... Uncle Kaeya promised..."

"Okay, be patient." As the Child Man patted Klee on the head. "We have another friend to pick up."

"Is it bug eyes Dilooc? He's always very grumpy. Klee thinks grown-ups are boring. Maybe not you though..."

"Haha, no, it's your friend! Diona! She's agreed to come with us."

"Really? Yay!"

As Childe picks up Diona, they have a nice chat as they walk to Mondstadt's dock.

"Hey Childe! You brought them, right?" A pirate-looking woman on a ship waved to Childe.

"Yes ma'am" Replied Childe

"ALL ABOARD THE SHIP!" The pirate yelled. Klee liked her.

Klee, Diona, and Childe were discussing visions and the wine industry while the captain was sailing the huge ship to Liyue.

"Hey, who's that pirate lady girl?" Asked Diona. Klee wanted to know too.

"Beidou, the bravest pirate in all of Teyvat" Replied Tartaglia. "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

Klee thought about that question. Very, very carefully.

Diona was first to reply. "Diona wants to be the destroyer of the wine industry! RAHHH!"

Klee giggled. Maybe Klee wanted to be a pirate, just like Beidou. Or maybe a fisherman, because she could spend the whole day blasting fish and eating fisherman's toast. Klee wanted to be the best at everything and conquer Teyvat.

The sun was already setting when the ship arrived at Liyue Harbor.

"Look at that!" gasped Diona in awe.

"It's Liyue!"

"Yay! Klee loves Liyue."

"OFF THE SHIP EVERYONE, OFF THE SHIP! We're at Liyue. Hope you enjoyed your ride."

Klee would miss the pirate lady, but Klee was even more excited about Liyue. The scenery was beautiful, the high mountains in the sky and the bustling streets of the harbor were new to Klee. She was used to seeing the Knights of Favonious and Sara at the Good Hunter.

"The adventure has just begun" Chuckled Childe.
