Chapter 4

Hollie decided to watch her guilty pleasure "The Notebook" late at night because she couldn't sleep. It was her first night in Starburst Hotel at Miami, Florida. She couldn't help but glance at her watch. Hours later, would be the start of shooting the pilot episode of Grease. She couldn't sleep because of excitement and anxiety. Josh was given the role of Danny, her leading man.Morgan was not aware of it. She knew he would just smile but deep inside he would disapprove it. While possible scenes went flashing on her mind, she received a call from her best friend, Courtney Dip.

"Hi....when are you coming back Hollie?" Courtney asked

"Hahaha..I've just left hours ago and you miss me now? Well, don't worry, I'd be back soon." Hollie giggled.

"When? You Hollie Cavanagh Street would be dry without you..." she remarked.

"Oh!!! You made my night, Court. I can't even sleep. I'm so tensed,,,I'll be here for a month and after this, will be in New York." Hollie said thinking of opening up to her about Josh.

"Gosh...vacation is over for you. I'll just visit you sometime. But though I'm sad coz you're not here, I'm really so proud of you. So, erase the uneasiness in you. This is your biggest break!" Courtney said.

"Yeah..I guess I'm just excited. This is one of my dreams." Hollie replied and coughed a little.

"So how's Morgan?" Courtney asked.

"He's supportive. He will be here tomorrow." Hollie said. The thought of having him around makes her more nervous.

"Oh i see. I just can't believe you're still dating.." Courtney said suppressing laughter. Since then, she's not pro-Morgan because of his overpowering personality.

"Court, I know what you're thinking. He's caring. It's just..amm.." Hollie stuttered. She found herself sounding unhappy after she uttered the word, "caring".

"Hmff...change topic. By the way, you haven't shared to me the details of the show." Courtney began.

"What details?"

"Oh come on Hollie!" Courtney giggled. Hollie trembled, thinking of the right words to say.

"Your leading man...is he cute? Who is he? A Hollywood star?" Courtney asked excitedly.

"You'll find out when the show starts.." Hollie said hoping that she would accept her remark.

"What kind of a best friend are you?!" Courtney complained.

"Come on...don't be upset..." Hollie said.

"Why don't you tell me that it's Josh?!"

"Josh Groban?" Hollie laughed a little.

"Hmmm..so you want the full name..okay Joshua Ledet....of Westlake, Louisiana, top 3 American Idol finalist...used to be your bestie..whatever..he's.."

"COURTNEY!!!" Hollie yelled and began laughing, but she could feel her knees shaking."What kind of a best friend are you, Court?"

"Don't imitate my type of questioning, girl. Besides, you can't lie to me. I saw Josh's tweets!!!" Courtney revealed.

"Then why are you still asking?!" Hollie laughed but at the back of her mind, she would like to find out if Morgan already knew it.

"Hmmmm....silly! I just want to know your reaction. Hearing your voice makes me conclude that you're nervous. I know what it implies." Courtney teased.

"You must be tired best friend. Better go to sleep." Hollie yawned.

"I won't end this call until you tell me the truth. I'm aware of the fling thing between you before. You love him?" she asked. There were seconds of silence.
