 izuku falls asleep and izuku opens his eyes in he appears in a field that he is all to familiar with and ahead of him is a tall woman wearing a midnight blue gown with crescent moons on her shoulders and a five pronged spear in her hand she stuck in the ground and then walk to izuku put her hand on his head

Hazizaki-"Izuku my child how have you been you seam down what happened did bakugo beat up up again tell me child "

izuku-"well today before I went to sleep my mommy  she took me to the quirk doctor and they told me that I will never be a hero and you  know how I wanted to be a hero just like almight hes just amazing I want to be just like him "

Hazizaki-"oh I see come here it will be ok" she hugs izuku 

Hazizaki-"sweet child I have an idea how about I give you an gift I don't typically do this the last time I did this was two hundred  and ninety years ago so izuku I ask you this do you want be a hero like almight "

Izuku looks up at hazizaki really thinks about it because for him he thinks this is a dream 

Izuku-"well hazizaki I really do want to be a hero  so mr.hazizaki I want this gift you want to give me"

Hazizaki stands up and izuku dose the same she helds out her hand for izuku before izuku grabs it a glowing dark red orb izuku puts his hand on hers and izuku absorbs the orb

Hazizaki-"izuku remember this when you wake up my mark will appear on your torso on your ribs and when you wake up sometime that day you will know what my gift is"

izuku falls on the ground and wakes up to his mom telling him to get up and get ready for school

Izuku-"ugh mmm"

Inko-"come on sweetie you have to get up"

izuku gets up and then dresses him self izuku and his mom walks to school 

Izuku-"hey mom I had a dream were hazizaki said she will give me a gift but she didn't say what it was  " 

izuku looks up his mother

Izuku-"what do you think the gift is she siad I will know what it is today"

Inko-"umm I don't know izuku but hazashi did say you will know what it is today right your father was always so mysterious "

Inko-"well izuku we are here see you after school"

izuku runs off to school and enters his class room and sits in his seat next to bakugo

Hours Later

the bell rings 

teacher- "ok class go off to lunch "

they go off to the cafetiere to eat but something wired happened the class hears a scream before the class enter the room they saw a clown laughing, a woman with red eyes and her mouth had two cuts in the corners making a smile, a dog with foam coming from the mouth there was just more and more people, animals, and creatures it just keep coming the class screams in fear the teachers scream people that were driving by hear the screams they call the police they started to scream in fear some fled in fear some were parallelized in fear when the heroes finally showed up even some of them fled, froze, and screamed in fear they couldn't figure out what was happening  so they eventually they call the quirk the division of the police and they send out  an MQDE (mass quirk dampening engine) the police call all the kids parents and guardians and they then they ask the parents what quirks the kids had izuku and three others had not developed quirks they then asked the parents if they could interview the kids inko and they others said yes
