The Quarry

I biked to the quarry in a white button-up dress, I saw the boys arguing and staring at the water and I was standing behind Beverly, that was when Bill said it.

"Alright, who's going first?" He asked the boys.

"I'll go!" I smiled, Beverly and the boys turn around to see me rip off my dress and jog to the water before doing a 360 jump, my body turned upside down and my face felt cold water first.

Soon Beverly jumped in and Bill did too, then the other boys did too.

"Hey let's play chicken!" Richie suggested, and everyone agreed except for me.

"W-wanna play, y/n?" Bill asked me sweetly, I shook my head.

"No.."

"Why not?" He put his hand on my exposed shoulder and covered my bra strap with it.

"I- I just don't okay?" I sighed, my heart aching at the feeling he cares, but him also liking Bev.. Beautiful stunning gorgeous Bev..

"Well, I-" Before Bill could finish his sentence I got dragged into the water by an unknown hand and saw glowing yellow eyes and a terrifying smile before I passed out in the water.

About three hours later I woke up in the water, I'm surprised that I didn't drown, yet I can't breathe in the water. 

I swam up and pushed my body up towards the air and gasped in relief, the air was much colder than I remembered, and everyone looked at me curiously before yelling "Y/N!" And swimming toward me, I coughed out water and gasped for air as they wrapped their arms around me and dragged me towards the dirt.

I cried and choked while my head rested on Bill's shoulder as they pitched in and helped me to the water.

"We thought you were dead!" Richie gushed out.

"Yeah! You were gonna for hours!" Eddie snapped out as well.

"Where were you?" Ben asked as I slowly stopped coughing.

"I don't know" I whimpered as I cried.

Bill wrapped his arms around my waist "W-we'll keep you safe or we'll d-d-die trying!" He yelled out, I blushed and hugged him back and whispered a light 'Thank you, Bill' To him as everyone joined in the hug.

I put my dress back on and Bill biked with me all the way home saying "I wouldn't want to lose my b-b-best friend" I blushed and smiled before biking up my driveway.

"Bye Bill" I waved and he waved back before I went inside, my heart gushing with lust, even if Bill didn't save me.

I love him.. And he doesn't love me back..
