I knocked on Ronnie's door as I fixed Royce's tie. Ronnie answered the door with a smile. "Hey, DeVoe." I winked then smiled wide.
"Girl, you a trip." He brings me in a tight hug. "What's up, Ro?" Ronnie dapped Royce up. "Hey, Unc."
I looked around to see everyone was here. "So, a New Edition reunion is happening?" I asked excitedly.
Mike came and gave me a hug, then Ricky.
"You ready for the big moment?" I asked with a smile.
"Yea, but Lea lemme ask you something," I nod.
"If you and Bobby have another kid, who the godfather for this one?" Ronnie asked pointing at my belly and everyone agreed with that question.
"Oh my goodness," I covered my face, hiding my laughter.
"I'm serious, we wanna know," Ronnie says, making me laugh more.
"I know it's me, so..." Ricky joked as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
"Actually, you all would be the godfathers," Bobby told them.
"For real?" Mike asked.
"Uh, yeah. Last time y'all went nuts when I made Ralph Royce's godfather." I said laughing
"I told y'all she would make me the godfather," Ralph said smirking.
"Aye, lemme fix your tie." I walked up to Ronnie and went to fix his tie.
"My big brother's getting married to my best friend, I'm so happy," I shed happy tears.
"You seriously crying?" Ronnie chuckled.
"I'm allowed to cry," I finished with his tie.
"Hey, Bobby, let me ask you a question man. Who's wedding is this Ronnie's or yours?" Johnny asked laughing.
"His, why?" Bobby asked confused.
"'Cause, fool, why you in an all-white tuxedo at somebody else's wedding, man?" Johnny asked, making Ralph and Mike laugh.
"Whatever, I look good," Bobby did a spin, making me laugh.
"Just don't spill anything, baby." I laughed shaking my head.
"I ain't gonna spill nothin', Roni." Bobby walked up to me and hugged me from behind. Me and the fellas were catching up, till it was time for the wedding.
I was the maid of honor, Clover was more nervous than ever. But, Ronnie was there for her, I shed some tears as I saw my brother and best friend say "I do."
"Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie DeVoe!" The announcer said on the mic. We were at the reception, everyone cheered as Ronnie and Clover walked down with their 5-year-old daughter Da'Nae.
