The after math of the quarter quell is horrific. Debris flying everywhere, hover crafts taking tributes away, Rowell doesn't know where she is. Doesn't know what to do. Hasn't even got the fight left in her to care.
Theo is fighting, Finnick is lost, Rosie is waiting, johanna is strong, yet feels weaker than than had ever beforehand. Rowell is just tired.
Mabye Snow was right. Mabye all victirs are too broken to be put together again.
