We walk out and into the hall after a few minutes of him and mother talking "your sister seems interesting" I shake my head "she and her group want the wand and set their parents free so the villains can rule the world and take their revenge "an eye for an eye. A wrong for a wrong. When will they learn?" Persephone asks "who knows" we walk outside "Ma Cherie Mademoiselle, it is with the deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight. And now, we invite you to relax. Let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents - Your dinner!" We watch people start singing and dancing almost as if the world was to end soon.

"What is the name of Zeus is happening?" Persephone whispers "you think I know?!" I hiss as I grab her hand and we walk through the crowd "Nix!" Ben calls walking over and pulling me into a hug "hey," I kiss his cheek "mom, dad, this my new girlfriend, Nix and I'm sure you've met her mother Persephone," I wave as my mother shakes hands with them "thank you for having us" "I was wondering if they could join us for lunch?" "Of course, any friend of Ben's is welcome" Adam nods "I could ask my sister and her friends if they want to join" I suggest "that's a great idea, the more the merrier" Belle smiles "mom, you stay here with Ben and his parents, I'm going to find Mal and co. I'll yell if there's trouble" I laugh before lifting up the hem of my dress and running into the sea of people to find my sister by the strawberries and chocolate fountain so I take a few strawberries "hey, I was wondering where you were" Mal smiles "same! I want to invite you all to lunch. " "sure! Today?" I nod before pointing towards where I came from. "Ben's family is fine with it," I explain as I let go of my dress. "that is such a cute dress. Where did you get that?" Evie asks pushing Mal out of the way. "it's a Greek dress. My mom got it for me. You can ask if she can get you one. I still need a dress for the coronation. " I sigh "I'm making it! I added a few extra details so you will look stunning" I smile before leading them to where I left the others to see them playing a game of Croquet "we're back" I announce "Nix want to play?" Persephone asks and I shake my head "I think I'll pass, thanks for offering" she nods "hello there" an older woman says to my sister "hi" "now have we met?" "No, I don't think so. I'm new. I'm sort of like a... Transfer student." Mal explains "oh yes" the lady nods "Grammy," Audrey says walking up to the woman "Oh, Audrey! Give Grammy a kiss, dear." The woman says "Grammy?" Mal asks as I lean on my sister before moving towards my mother to stay out of Audrey's view. "is everything ok?" she whispers "hm? Oh yeh, uh it's just Ben's ex, Audrey, is here. And uh I don't think she likes me and I refuse to let you do anything other than play this match" she chuckles a bit "I'm not stupid and hot-headed like your father, I'll get Athena to help you properly she is the Goddess of Wisdom, after all, she'll know exactly what to do" "Queen Leah, It's okay. Maleficent is still on the island. This is her daughter, Mal. Don't you remember my proclamation to give the new generation a chance?" Ben says walking over and I get pushed by my mother towards the issue so I stand behind him "A chance to what, Ben? Destroy us? Come on. You remember, don't you? The poison apples. And the spells. Spells. My daughter... Was raised by fairies because of your mother's curse. So her first words, her first steps, I missed it all! You mustn't trust her." Queen Leah snaps. I walk over and place a hand over Mail's chest so she can't walk forward "Queen Leah, I am so sorry for everything that has happened to you and your family but we are not our parents, we are not like them in any way and this is our chance to fix things" I lower my arm from Mal and hold out my other hand towards Queen Leah only to get pushed out of the way "don't you dare touch her" Chad shouts "go away! Stay away from her!" He barks "dont do this Chad" Ben warns him before helping me up "What? They were raised by their parents, Ben. What do you think villains teach their kids? Huh? Kindness? Fair play? No way, okay? Uh-uh. You stole another girl's boyfriend." Chad spits at me "accidents are bound to happen, my daughter didn't know better because she never learnt about it due to being on the isle with her father, a poor unfortunate soul" Persephone snaps "Oh. You enjoy hurting people. And you, you're nothing but a gold digger and a cheater." I stare at Evie and then her mirror, she looks at me than her mirror and puts the two together "Mirror, mirror, in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land?" She asks it and shows the mirror to Chad "what? Oh come on!" He snaps I watch as they get into a fight, Jay trying to protect Evie from Chad only for her to pull out a perfume bottle and Chad hits the ground "oh my god" I whisper placing a hand over my mouth "what the hell are they up to?" Persephone hisses I lower my hand "I'd tell you but, honestly I have no idea, I'm not exactly buddy-buddy with them" I shake my head "you have to get along with your sister" Persephone hisses at me "Not while Maleficent stands, until then I refuse to acknowledge she is my sister" I turn my head away from the 4 running VKs and I knew they would have wanted me to run with them but since Persephone was here it was out of the question "well, I'm starving, lunch anyone?" Adam asks "I think I lost my appetite, please excuse me" I sigh before walking away "Nix" Ben calls after. I turn around to face him "don't go" he whispers "there's somebody I need to talk to, besides I lost my appetite, truly I am sorry Ben" I sadly say before kissing his cheek and running up the stairs and inside. I run through the building and to the dorms "Nix?" Evie calls I stop and let go of the dress "what the hell where you idiots thinking?!" I snap "All I wanted was one day where it looked like we are not our parents, and you idiots blew it! All I wanted was for you guys to join us for lunch but you can forget it. I lost my appetite because of you guys, no wonder we aren't friends" I glare "Nix, we're sorry, there's so much going on" Mal starts speaking "I don't want to hear it. You've made Audrey hate me for life, sure one incident with her, that's fine, I could have mended it, I was trying to figure out how then you make me take her boyfriend just so you could take the wand, I really hope you learn that you aren't your mother because I don't want to be sisters with a twisted and manipulative woman. You are more like Maleficent than yourself" I snarl before storming off and into my dorm where I slam the door shut and sit on the bed with my arms crossed for several minutes. "I'll do it myself, I don't have the spell book so I can't use the recipe but I can use a spell that should work. I've seen it in Mal's book" I jump off my bed and towards the other side of the room. I open the drawers and take out two candles - pink and white. I then grab the roses my mother got me and a photo of Ben that I took and printed. I click my fingers and my index ignites with a blue flame so I light the candles and blow the fire out. I take the rose's petals and hold them in my hand "I break this bond between us. No need to cuss or fuss we will leave on good terms as the picture burns" I let go of the petals as the picture catches on fire and burns rather quickly before going out. I breathe out before looking at the calendar, I see a date circled in red with an asterisk and the other at the bottom of the month reading 'going with Ben as the girlfriend!' my eyes widen. I had to keep up the act. I hear a knock at the door so I walk towards it and open it wide.
