The next day
"Xiao, let's go! We'll arrive tomorrow morning pretty early, breakfast is ready, get up!"
Xiao was awakened from the sound of his father."I'm coming!" He replied and got ready, he went downstairs with his belongings with him "Let's go, we should arrive early there."
Xiao nodded and went to the kitchen

"Are you finished Xiao?"
Xiao nodded
"Great, go to the car, I'll get your belongings."
Xiao nodded and his father left and Xiao got inside the car and waited. What feels like hours to him, his father got his belongings and laid it in the trunk and went to the driver's seat starting the car while Xiao in the back.
A moment of silence was inside the car and his father suddenly spoke "So Xiao, did you receive the rest of the information about your nickname and what the scientist looks like?"
"Yeah, Ganyu gave me the info about it and gave me a file on what my nickname is and what the scientist looks like. He isn't that special looking."
Zhongli sighed because of Xiao's stubbornness
"Xiao, don't be stubborn, be vigilant and don't act like a kid."
Xiao rolled his eyes not giving his father a single word and another silence occurred.
Xiao played some games on his phone and felt tired and Xiao fell asleep in the afternoon
(It was around 2-3pm, you know why? It because Zhongli is always busy and Xiao was in his room all day playing games and fell asleep in his room not coming out and that time was around 9-10am so yeah, I'll just make it like that so it won't cause any misunderstanding)
When Xiao opened his eyes, it was already evening 'I guess I overslept', He checked his phone and saw it was 10:57pm, it was almost 11:00pm.
He saw his dad talk to someone and went back to the car and his dad spoke "You're awake, we just arrived at our destination. One of our people is in the Knights of Favonious organization, he's waiting for us outside, be sure to be cautious around the Knights ok?"
"I almost forgot, what is that organization about?"
"The organization is about experiments like ours, but they're a tyrant, they used to be, well for me, they're still a tyrant. Other than that they're an investigation team and knowledge is their key to completing tasks easily, while ours is-"
He suddenly cut himself off
"Like what?"
His father paused and continued saying
"Soon you'll know Xiao."
Xiao got quite hated that he had to know things himself but shrugged it off a few minutes after thinking and forgets about it.
A few minutes later, they arrived at the Knights of Favonious headquarters, Xiao looked at the time and it was 11:33pm, and went inside while his father was talking to the man who is helping Xiao complete his mission.
He saw some poster that said
"Knights of Favonius headquarters update: The previous experiments made by Doctor Albedo is now safe for humans. Both
Friendly and not harmful to the human body and humans can now experience the newest producted experiment on test subjects, head directly to Doctor Albedo's office to apply to experience the product yourself."
Xiao was quite curious what it is and wanted to ask someone out but got cut off when his supposed assistant and led him to the apartment for him to rest and gave him his belongings and keys for him to unlock his room.
Xiao went and finished unpacking his belongings into the closet and the table beside him, and laid his other belongings there.
After he finished cleaning some of the things that were laid in his bed, he heard a knock on the door and opened it, he saw a boy with black hair fading to a tealish blueish color on the tips of his hair and he had sea green color below his dark blue eyes on top of it.
It was a beautiful color, they were like emerald jade like eyes. Xiao was mesmerized by the color, his thought got cut off when the boy introduced himself to Xiao "Hi! I'm Venti! Nice to meet you!"

Sheeeeeeeshhhhhh the story actually fits the title of the story, hope you loved the story even tho it's not that really long, I just stop at the story that fits to be ended right away, I'm still writing the script of the story, and some future chaps there's a suprise so yeah, get ready just incase hehe
