He runaway from his home to another state which is why he lives with tommy and Phil.
(In this au) his mom is abusive to him and did not real care that tubbo runaway, tubbos dad ended up being pretty much gay and divorced his mom and married a guy that tubbo really liked as his new dad but he had to runaway for many reasons.
