Chapter one

As the sun arose I woke up. I was dizzy from last night. I was alone so I hadn't done anything crazy. As I woke up I heated up pancakes from the night before I got drunk. My apartment was a mess, and all I could think about was the picture on my wall of my cat dibbs. He died in a car wreck 3 days ago. He was My pride and joy. Although nothing lasts forever.

I started grabbimg my hings to go to work. "Oh... It's Saturday.. Nevermind." As you can see my life's pretty shitty. I wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, Play games, maybe drink some alcohol, and go to sleep.. Maybe one day my shitty life will get better.

As I walked down to get the mail at 1:00 I saw the girl down the street was out, Watering her flowers. She was so beautiful, she had gorgeous brunette hair with steaks of dyed blue. Her eyes shimmered as the rays of sun hit them. She was the prettiest girl I have ever seen. When I opened the mailbox a letter slipped out.

I slowly and carefully opened the letter. It read:

"Dear Ezra,

I'm sorry to tell you this but there was an inconvenience about your father. Her has recently gotten Really Ill and there's Very little guarantee he will make it.

I froze... Was this true... Is he going to die? I already didn't have a mother since 11. And now my father is going to be gone to..? My mind was hurting so much to think and I didn't even realize that I had dripped a year onto the paper and more followed.
