Close friends: Choi Beomgyu x reader

Chapter one

I was a minor in a good school, which is in the middle of Seoul in South Korea. My parents are from Seoul but i was born in Daegu, yet raised in Seoul.

 I always take the subway to school. I had only one bestfriend, her name was Ji-ho. She's an extrovert, she is popular and makes a lot of friends everyday, unlike me. I had trouble making friends, Ji-ho was enough, i don't need more.

 Once i arrived at school, i met up with Ji-ho 'Ji-ho!' 'hm?' she looked back at me. 'did you do yesterday's assignment?' I asked, hoping for a positive answer. 'We had an assignment yesterday???!!' 'yes, pabo.' (pabo: stupid) 'I'm doomed' she muttered.

 We were talking about the cafeteria menu while we walked to class.  

Everyone is acting weird today, while we were walking to class everybody where talking about new boys joining our school. I heard whispers everywhere about them 'I heard they are so hot!!' I overheard a girl whisper in a loud voice. We already have enough playboys in our school, we don't need new ones, well that's what  I think, maybe they aren't really like that.

my eyes caught three unfamiliar boys arrive inside the class 'alright these are the new students please treat them well.' The teacher introduced them to us, then they sat down at the empty desks. the desks were pairs of 2, but i had no one sitting beside me, Ji-ho was sitting next her other friend, as i said she's popular. One of the boys sat at the empty seat beside me, the teacher said his name was Yeonjun. 

(time skip because I'm lazy-)

At lunch i usually sit alone, since Ji-ho was with her other friends. I wonder why me and her got really distant these days. I felt eyes on me, as if the whole cafeteria were staring at me, it was an uncomfortable feeling. I didn't understand until i looked around. I was shocked to see the 5 new boys sitting at the same table as me. Did i sit on the wrong table??!! i thought as i looked at my food tray, i could hear Ji-ho's chuckle from behind. The five boys looked at me with a confused look. 'Hello, I'm Soobin, i believe we are in he same class?' He greeted. I was too embarrassed to reply back.

'Well..yes.' i muttered. 'Hey! you are my desk mate! Lets be friends.' the boy called Yeonjun spoke. 'Sure.' I started smiling. There were 2 other boys that were their friends in the other class, their names were Heuningkai and Taehyun. We kept on talking and i made a good conversation with a boy called Beomgyu.

'Hey we are going to hangout after school, would you like to come with us?' Yeonjun questioned while looking at me. 'Well I'm missing a chapter on my studies and we have an upcoming exam, so i think ill pass.' I explained. 'Oh its ok maybe next time.' He added.

After school i went to the library to read a book. While i was sitting down in peace, a person interrupted me by throwing a HEAVY book on the table i was on. I looked up to see a familiar boy. 'Yah!' I shouted (yah: hey) 'Shhhh we are in a library!' He whispered. 'Oh sorry.' I whispered back.

 I continued reading my book while he was reading his book too.  While i was reading, i took a few glances of his face, he had long fluffy black hair, white skin and doe eyed.

 Suddenly he looked at me. 'Yah! Stop staring, its creepy!' He pouted. I looked away, he then laughed. Was he not being serious? Was he really annoyed? I started overthinking and not focusing on my book. 

'You look so funny right now.' He chuckled. 'Ya! We're in a library.' I whispered with my index finger infront of my lips. He chuckled even louder now, we ended up getting kicked out and I got scolded because HE chuckled.

 'Aishh your a pain in the butt.' I said relaxing my forehead with my fingers. He just smiled 'What?' I spat. 'Nothing.' He said, still smiling. 'ya!what!' I looked concerned this time 'Nothinggg' He chuckled. I hit his arm lightly with a smile. Suddenly he stopped smiling, so did i 'Why did you hit me!' he pouted 'Ah.. sorry!' I said, he just laughed. 'Aish! you-' I spat. 'Anyways why didn't you hangout with them?' I asked 'I'm also a chapter late, so i came to study.'

'But you were reading a book about unicorns-' I got cut off when he started speaking. 'I'm going home, bye!' He said walking off. 'Aish that Beomgyu pabo..' 

hello guys!! (￣。￣) Thank you for reading my first chapter of 'close friends' !!!  I really appreciate it!! ╰(◡‿◡✿╰)  I'm really trying hard not to give up on this story because i made a lot of stories and never submitted them. Ill try my best to continue this during my school.
