It was a calm bright sunny day in konoha.
Every one was out around the village as the the hokage ordered all missions off as it was a family Holliday all the gennins were happy about that all except for...

At naruto's house

Narrator's POV

" UGHHHHH Why must granny tsunade order all missions to be called off over a stupid family Holliday it's not like I even have a family so I should be left go on a mission I can't Afford one day off I must train to get stronger the chunin exams are less then two weeks away"

Naruto kicked back mad at the thought of  tsunade's face telling him to beat it that he wasn't going on any missions.

" damn that old lady I'll show her "
a smirk drew on naruto's face as a bright thought appeared to him

If I can just sneak past granny's security I can get into the forbidden room of scrolls naruto's thoughts spiralling in his head to find a way to get passed the hokages anbu guards.

" THATS IT " Naruto exclaimed as he punched the air he finally came up with a perfect idea. Naruto snook up passed  into the hokage tower He approached the forbidden room of scrolls but of course it was guarded " HEY " Naruto shouted

" what do you think your doing this time Naruto don't think your lame tricks will work like last time because they won't " one of the anbu men stated

" what ahahaha nahhh nope it's just granny tsunade Asked me to tell the both of ye to meet her at the training ground to help prepare for the chunin exams  she did not look very happy "

" naruto we're not gonna believe your stupid tales " the guard said

" no really I'm not joking mister I was down training when she called me over when I overheard her talking to someone something about two dimwits she did not sound happy atall "

" r-realy " the man stammered on his words " ishiki w-we don't want to cross the h-hokage I-in a bad-d mood we s-should really go and s-see for ourselfs " he said Turing to his partner " y-your right "
The two anbu guards rushed out of the hokage tower.

Naruto didn't waist any time and dashed straight into the forbidden room of scrolls

20 MINUTES LATER

Naruto let out a huge sigh he couldn't find anything He could prank his friends with he had been rummaging through scrolls for 20 minutes now Naruto sat back on this dusty old chair slowly letting his eyes roll around the room until a glimmering flash caught his eye

" what's that " Naruto barley let out in a whisper he slowly walked over to what looked like some shiny round object covered mostly by some sort of cloth.
He picked up the object that was laying on the side of some scrolls he must have knocked over when he was trying to find a scroll that Intrested him.

Naruto slowly removed the cloth " wow" he said not believing how memorising what looked to be some sort of orb to him. The orb was sitting on a plaque that had intertwined ivy like designs that inclined up along the orb his eyes trailed down to what appeared to have the words orb of the future imbedded in cursive writing into the front of the plaque.

" NARUTOOOOO" naruto's head shot up as his body jolted from hearing his name being called " shoot Sakura "  Naruto quickly shoved the orb into his bag he had carried on his back with him and quickly ran out of the scrolls room as fast as he could he just got around the corner when

" their you are I have being trying to find your every where " Sakura said looking ticked off as her right hip swayed over to the side putting her hand on it while tapping her foot " sorry Sakura I was just training for the chunin exams when I got a call from granny tsunade to meet her at the tower but I can't find her "

" hmmn well okay lady fifth is down at the training ground to help prepare for the chunin exams but anyways shikamaru is having a get together at his house later on tonight and every ones going to be there he tried to find you to invite you himself but you were no where to be seen so he asked me to tell you if I seen you "

" cool I'll be there but I have to um go walk my fish now see you tonight bye"
Naruto sped off so fast " uhhh bye.....he's acting weird today " Sakura let out
