Chapter Eight

Gabriella's POV:

It's been a while now and I've tried to escape but nothing's working for my favour.

The door to the building opened and walked in the Beta.

"The Alpha wishes to see you, so I'll direct you to his office. " he said.

"Why? " I asked.

"Why what? " he asked back.

"Why does he want to see me after ignoring me in our last meeting and acting like I was nothing? " I asked again.

"Because you are nothing, now move along. " he said getting a grip of my hand and leading me out of the building.

"Well am his mate. " I mumbled to myself.

"What did you say? " he asked.

"Nothing." I said quickly hiding my words.

We soon reached the big mansion which I will presume is the pack house.

The house was huge outside and I was wondering how it will be in the inside.

It was pretty outside but am not gonna explain.

We made our way inside and I can see various pack members now.

We went up swirly stairs and through multiple halls till we arrived at a double door.

The beta knocked before entering and I saw something shocking.

Right there was the Alpha sitting in his chair with papers in his hands but there was this sluttish looking girl sitting on his lap.

The sight broke my heart and then I knew he really doesn't want me as his mate.

I was angry, sad and confused and even more but I switched them up with a cold face.

I hate him now and am surely going to reject when I get back to my cell.

"Sir we're here. " The Beta said.

He looked up and smirked at me while the girl just pumped her chest out making her breast big and hitting his chest.

I didn't make any face of sadness or my discomfort just cold.

He signalled for everyone including the slut girl to leave and they all obeyed.

When we were alone he cleared his throat and advance towards me.

"So am presuming we both know we're mates? " he asked.

I looked at him for a moment before answering "Yeah."

"And am presuming you don't want me to be your mate? " I asked.

"Observing huh? " he replied with a question.

"Why may I ask? " I asked.

"Well because they're weak and they only slow you down, love is a very dangerous weapon you know. " he said.

I shaked my head in pity and said "So if I was to reject you now, how will you react? " I asked expecting an answer.

"I'll be very happy and have no need in this world for a Luna. " he answered but not was I was expecting.

"So can I know your name, I will like to reject you? " I said.

He looked at me for a few minutes before answering.

"That's for you to figure out, now let's just pretend we aren't mates and stay away from each other's life. " he said.

"So you'll let me go cause I have no pleasure staying here? " I asked.

He walked closer to me and take a whiff of my scent.

"I thought you didn't want me as your Luna? Don't sniff me again as you don't have the right to anymore. " I said very angry.

He was amused and chuckled.

"Sure, but no I will not be letting you go. " he said and turned his back to me walking back to his desk.

"Why?! Am not your problem anymore! " I yelled.

"Because I want you on my sight every now and then. " he said. "You may know leave. " he added.

No fucking way am I leaving here!!

"What do you want from me huh?!! You don't want me to be your mate, fine!! You don't want me to stay in your territory, fine!! Let me go then! " I yelled again.

Then the Beta came in and bowed at him.

"You called? " he asked.

"Take her to the cell. " he said and waved his hand dismissively.

"No am not going anywhere! Am nothing to you please let me go! " I yelled and fell down crying.

I saw him flinched a little but he covered it up.

"What are you waiting for?! Take her away!! " he yelled.

Then the slut walked in and take his arm in his.

Then I knew I was actually heart broken.

'He doesn't mean it, am sure! ' Ashley said.

Ansley let's give up, even if he apologizes am not mating him.

'No don't do this please! "

I know you're heart broken but I can't, am heartbroken too. Once I find out his name am soo gonna reject him.

The Beta led me from the room and then I heard the girl giggled.
