If people were open-minded and not so shallow,
We might not see a boring tomorrow.
If love was always giving and not always taking,
We might just see a world worth living.
If we were more forgiving instead of forgetting,
There may never be a reason for lying.
If our hearts become hollow and also narrow,
It would be harder for us to take flight like a sparrow.
If we learned to breathe and remain at ease,
We'd all see life with a moment of peace.
If love were always real and true,
You'd find that someone's destined for you.
But if only that this fantasy was a reality,
That ideals were no longer just a state of metallity we'd all live happily.
