part seven (an evening on the boat)

STORY TIME

6:00 PM
most of the boys are in their rooms, reekid and mully are on the couch watching tv.
you, kristy and gabby are in the kitchen making steak fajitas. you, chopping vegetables and gabby making the steak while kristy grinds the spices,
 your cutting the onions into smaller bits to make them bite sized. gabby is putting oil on the pan and cooking the steak, kristy putting larger spices into the motar and grinding them with the pestal.

6:20 PM
kristy is adding the spice into the pan while gabby flips the steak. you take the cutting board over and drop the vegetables into the pan.

6:30 PM
the food is done, gabby turns the heat off, placing the pan on another burner. kristy is cutting toppings such as rosemary and green onion. you are grabbing the plates and putting small tortillas onto the plates,
gabby grabs the pan after its cool and you begin plating the food.

6:37 PM
the food is played and in their spots on the table. everything looks perfect. the boat is on calm waters, the dishes are in the sink, and it smells amazing.

"everyone! dinners ready!" you shouted, your words echoed throughout the boat for a moment before everyone is at the table.

6:58 PM
"damn, that was good dawg" Eddie said, his plate empty.

"thanks!" you, gabby and kristy said surprisingly in unison.
you looked at each other for a moment before continuing your dinner.

7:13 PM
everyone was done.
"that was good! thanks guys" mully said.
"agreed" liv said a few seconds after.

7:19 PM
everyone was on the couch besides you, eddie and gabby. you were all doing dishes from dinner. everyone was watching a movie . specifically "Final destination one".

7:26 PM
the dishes were done and you went and joined everyonen on the couch, Alex's "premminission" had just ended, meaning the plane was soon to blow.

"pause the movie." you and reekid said.
"why?" liv and juicy said.
"we need popcorn. "you and reekid said, again.
"the pla- never mind let's just go get the popcorn." you said.

you and reekid went to the kitchen to make the popcorn. reekid grabbed the salt and put the butter in the microwave to melt it. you grabbed the tub of butter out the fridge and put a slab onto the pan on the stove. it began to melt as you poured the kernels on to the pan.
the melted butter finished and reekid took it out of the microwave and set it on the counter next to the salt. he grabbed a big popcorn bowl and set it next to the butter and salt as-well.

7:41 PM
"are you guys almost done? I wanna watch the movie." liv said, impatiently.
"yes, it's almost done." you said
you turned the heat down and put the salt and butter onto the popcorn and them put it into the bowl.
you went and sat back down and everyone began to eat once the movie was un-paused.

9:27 PM

the movie ended and almost everyone was petrified. especially gabby, eddie, juicy, and anyone who flew regularly.
you began laughing at their fear as you've seen the movie before.
people began to get up to go to bed and you did as-well.
you went to your bathroom and brushed your teeth and change your clothes. you went back to your room. you got into bed and began falling asleep.

9:57 PM

you were half asleep when you felt the bed sunk a bit next to you.
*ugh I forgot he was sleeping in my room.*
you tried falling asleep again but you couldn't. you laid in bed , entirely still until you passed out.

8:21 AM

you woke up with a soft feeling against you entire body. you assumed it was your pillow and blanket and went back to sleep.

9:07 AM

you woke back up. you noticed that the so called pillow and blanket was moving.
very slightly but moving up and down.
you open your eyes to realize that what you were laying on was much warmer than your pillow. it had a heartbeat. it wasn't a pillow. you were laying on top of reekid.
you began to get up but felt his arms behind your back pulling tight and not allowing you to move much. you gave up and went back to sleep.
