hi i'm willow smith, i've lived in manchester for 3 years with my boyfriend alex, whilst my family are still living in my childhood home in milton keynes. me and alex are currently going through a rough patch, this is the problem he gets home from work and goes straight to the pub and doesn't come home until early hours in the morning waking me up in the process, this had happened every night for 1 month straight and tonight enough was enough.

he had stumbled through the door at 4:35am and began making his way into the bedroom, that's when my door opened and i just stared at the slumped over red eyed man.

willow - are you serious alex again? this needs to stop.
alex - i'm so sorry darling it won't happen again.

by now i could feel the anger cursing through my veins.

willow - you've said this every single night alex, and still the next day you go out and do it all again, i'm sick of it.
alex - my work is stressful, i work 10 hour shifts and that's more than what i can say to you posting one video and a picture a day.
willow - how has this seriously turned into work, stop trying to play the victim in everything.
alex - i'm going to sleep willow.
willow - no your going to listen to me.

this is when alex walked over and towered over me and just when i thought things couldn't get any worse he did the most unexpected thing that i thought he would do, my hair was being pulled and i was being pulled onto the floor being kicked until everything went black.

i had awoken maybe 5 minutes after i had blacked out, alex was peacefully asleep in the bed whilst i was whimpering and limping like a dog out of the bedroom, i must of been crying on our sofa for a while as the rays of sun began to hit my face, my thoughts pondered through my mind and that's when i decided to get my things and leave i just needed my mum i had nothing up here. i limped back into the room and began to silently pack all my things, alex didn't once wake up as he was too out of it.

1 hour later

all of my things were all finally packed and i took one more glance at the life i was leaving behind, a single tear had left my cheek, this tear was the thought of leaving my first ever house purchase not because of the life i was leaving behind and with that my back turned and jumped into my car without looking back. once on the motorway i let out a breath that i hadn't realised i had been holding since leaving. the feeling of leaving something so bad had never been a feeling i had ever felt it was like a piece of fresh air finally filling my lungs. a few hours had past and i knew i was close to home as i had driven past my family's gym business, all the memories had began to flood back. happy memories and a slight smile began to grow on my face. finally a real smile. my car had eventually reached a stop and in front of me was the house. the house i first learnt walk, the house i had all my friends over for sleepovers, the house i had my 18th and the house that filled with love and joy.

i don't know how but my mum must have sensed me coming as the front door opened and she ran up to the car with the biggest smile on her face and eyes pooling with tears. i opened my car door and was immediately engulfed into a hug. (sarah is the mums name)

sarah - hello love, what are you doing here.
willow - i walked out on alex, i just couldn't do it anymore.
sarah - awe love i'm so sorry, but i was just about to head to work and meet your dad i can stay if you want.
willow - no. let me take my things in freshen up and i'll take us.

my mum had finally let go off me to take my things into the house and back into my old room. i was relieved she let go when she did, i couldn't take the pain on my lower half from the beating i had gotten. once all my boxes and case were put down i put on a light layer of foundation, bronzer and applied my mascara and was ready to go.

it was only a 5 minute drive from the house to the gym, the car was parked and i took out my phone as i heard a buzz. just my alarm. 7:30 the time read. this would have normally been dreaded but i was back with my family and that's all that mattered. me and my mum walked into the gym to find my dad talking to a group of girls in football kits. he hadn't recognised me as of yet, so i waited until his head clocked to the side. as soon as i saw him i became very overwhelmed and ran straight into his arms not realising the group of girls were now staring. i had finally let go off him.(adam is the dads name)

adam - hello sweetheart, i missed you.
willow - me too so much.
adam - i would like to introduce you to the girls that are going to be using the gym for a while whilst there's is currently being renovated.

my attention turned from my dad to a group of around 30 girls waving my way.

willow - it's nice to meet you all. i hope he wasn't boring you. he does it to me all the time.

i messed up my dads hair and strolled away, when i looked back the girls laughed and he began to shake his head.

as i was about to turn away i caught a glimpse of a blonde tall girl, with light blue eyes roll her eyes, scoff and walk towards the toilets.

what was her problem?
