Beep. Beep. Beep.

Bright lights shine down on me, making my eyes water.

 Where am I?

I groan and sit up. Or try to. Blood rushes to my head and the beeping noise beeps faster.

"What the hell?" I rip off the tubes sticking out of my arm and chest. The beeping goes into a never- ending beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee........

I hit the beep machine a few times to shut it up.

But it just keeps going. beeeeeeeeeee.. I claw at it and hit it and shove it and still the beeping does not stop.

I must have looked like a rabid beast. A nurse runs in and tells me to calm down, it will be okay.

That is a bad thing to say, I tell her, especially to a victor.

She tells me to believe her. I ignore her and continue trying to shut the damn machine up.

I must have reached a state of hysteria, because the needle in my left arm makes me feel all floaty and sleepy......

I wake, again, to the unsatisfactory scene of bright lights.

"Johanna?" I turn and see a teared up Marlee and the usual- looking Corrin.

I give Corrin a quizical look. "Wha... I mean, Hi?"

"Hi." They both say, Marlee with a wave.

"What do you dipshits want?"

"We.. uh... wanted to know if.... if you would," Marlee bursts into tears, but finishes the sentance with a fistful of tears. "T..tell us about *sniff* your games?"

"Umm...." Nononoohshitpleaseno....

The kids look so pleading, so wanting... They should know whats ahead of them.

I sigh. "I guess."
