He parked his car in the garage and slammed the door shut. The white shirt that he had worn to office that morning was now stained. He stormed into the house and earned himself a look of disapproval from Jin, his boyfriend.
Jin's eyes landed on the big brown stain on the front of Taehyung's shirt and he gasped.
"What on earth! That's the new shirt I got you last month and you've ruined it already? Must you always be so careless?"
The younger male clenched his hands into fists. "Well, I am sorry I ruined it. Of course the shirt is more important than I."
"Why must you be so dramatic?" Jin sighed and shook his head.
"Oh, I'm being dramatic?" Taehyung growled in frustration.
"Don't take that tone with me. I don't appreciate it," Jin frowned.
"Last time I checked, you aren't my father," Taehyung shouted, slamming his fist on the table.
"If you don't want me acting like your father, quit behaving like a five year old throwing tantrums. What has gotten into you?" Jin asked, disappointment evident in his voice.
On hearing Jin's tone, the younger's face crumpled and tears ran down his cheeks. He felt so frustrated and annoyed. However, he never meant to disappoint the older.
Seeing his boyfriend sobbing, Jin's face fell and he moved forward to embrace the boy in a warm hug. He ran his hands up and down the boy's back as a way of consoling him.
"What happened, baby? Talk to me, please."
"R-rough day," Taehyung choked out and Jin pressed a kiss to his forehead.
"Do you want to tell me what happened?"
"One of m-my colleagues did not hand over h-her work on time and since I was the leader, my boss scolded me for it. My mom called again today to talk about us. I listened to her preach about the sins I am committing for atleast twenty minutes," Taehyung explained and Jin nodded slightly as he continued to rub the boy's back.
"I decided to have a cup of coffee when this lady walked straight into me and spilled her hot coffee all over m-me."
Jin kissed the younger's tears away as Taehyung let out a soft sob.
"My ex was there and he laughed at me. He mocked me."
Jin felt anger bubble in his chest but he clenched his jaw and decided he would deal with the bastard later. His boyfriend came first.
"My poor baby had such a rough day. I'm so sorry all this happened."
Taehyung hiccuped and looked at Jin with tear-filled eyes.
"How about we take a bath together? Just you and me, and the bubbles and the scented candles," Jin asked as he pulled the boy close so that their foreheads rested on each others, "I'll give you a massage too. You must be so tired."
"I-I would love that but can you just hold m-me... a little longer."
"Of course, baby. I'm here for you."
Jin used his thumbs to wipe away the younger's tears and pecked his lips gently. "I'm sorry for what I said. You aren't careless. Not even the slightest bit. I am sorry."
"No, I am sorry for raising my voice at you and behaving aggressive. I d-didn't mean to."
"I know, baby. It's okay."
The younger sniffled as he cuddled closer to Jin, which causes the older to smile.
"I love you, Jinnie"
"I love you too, my little Tae bear."
