Birds are singing outside the castle. You wake up from your nice sleep and get up from bed. It seems like Lora had already left. She's so nice to not woken you up along with her.
CHAR: Wake up sleepyhead.
RHT: *startle* FUCK! Don't sneak up like that!
CHAR: *chuckle* You looked so funny!
RHT: Ughhh, and?
CHAR: I'm sorry?
RHT: Better. Anyways, where'd Lora go?
CHAR: I don't know.
RHT: What do you mean you don't know?! I though you were awake all night!
CHAR: I was, but I was too preoccupied with reading.
RHT: Reading? You gotta be kidding right?
CHAR: Here. Take a look.
*SLASH*
CHAR: I'll take that as a negative review.
RHT: Just shut up and help me find my clothes.
CHAR: They're downstairs. Getting washed up.
RHT: *sigh* Why the fuck do they gotta make everything so tidy?!
You get up from bed and wear the conveniently placed slippers underneath the bed. As you descend into the main hall, you notice Gall also stepping out of his room.
GAL: Ah! Good morning Rhett! Did you sleep well?
RHT: Good mornin. I had a good rest. Thanks for having me stay for the night.
GAL: Don't mention it. Here in home, we're taught to be nice to our guests.
RHT: (But you don't seem to be taught to shut up.)
GAL: Well then. I'll get going! Knight work gets tedious sometimes. Cya!
RHT: Bye. (Now where's Lora?)
LRA: Rhett!
RHT: (Speak of the devil.)
LRA: You're finally awake! I was waiting for you to wake up so I can show you some games!
RHT: Games? That oughta be fun. (I hate games.)
LRA: Follow me outside!
RHT: Right behind you!
You follow Lora outside the castle and into the grounds around it. There seems to be a playground set up for playing and having fun.
LRA: Come Rhett!
RHT: I am!
LRA: Look! This is gonna be fun!
Lora points at a giant waterslide stationed on a nearby waterfall. It looked dangerous but... fun at the same time.
LRA: Let's ride it!
RHT: Are you sure? It looks dangerous.
LRA: I've done it before! Come on!
RGT: If you say so.
You and Lora climb the waterfall and descend using the waterslide. It's been a long time since you've felt like a kid.
LRA: So? You liked it?
RHT: Can't say I didn't.
LRA: So Rhett, how old are you? I'm fourteen.
RHT: I'm eight- *ahem* -fourteen aswell.
LRA: Wow! You're the same age as me! We're gonna be the bestest of friends!
RHT: Yeah... we will. So Lora, how was this waterfall made? It seems like an unusual spot for it.
LRA: Big bro said that a singing mermaid came from the centre and sang a lullaby so majestic, it created this waterfall.
RHT: A monster... how interesting.
LRA: What was that?
RHT: Oh nothing. I was just thinking that this mermaid should come around again so you can have fun with her.
LRA: That'd be awesome! I should tell big bro immediately! Thanks so much Rhett!
Lora rushes inside and leaves you waiting for her return. While strolling, a gust of winds flies by.
GAL: Hey kid. I appreciate you acting all kind with my young sis and playing with her. It's hard for her to find friends because of her status. Other kids always looked at her like she was a spoiled brat but in reality, she's the kindest person I know... or should I say... the kindest person I know that is alive.
RHT: (Don't tell me. Has he caught on?!)
GAL: Even tho you're my enemy. I'm keeping you alive for her sake. But if you even dare to lift a finger on her or anyother resident of home... trust me... I'll make you regret every second of your life. Be nice.
*WHOOSH*
The gust of wind breezes by. You're left struck in place. He's known since the beginning. That pleasent breeze at the entrance was him. Before you can fully grasp the situation, Lora returns.
