It's finally the day we travel to France not going to lie I'm usually really nervous with planes the takeoff always scares me. I had Austin by my side every time I had to takeoff and when he wasn't he told me to put on his sweatshirt so it would make me safe.

I didn't have Austin with me but instead I had Mads. Thank god it's a private plane or I would look like an idiot.

"Okay Kaylen squeeze my hand when we take off and close your eyes" Mads said. I shut my eyes as soon as I felt the plane going up. I got ahold of Mads hand and squeezed like my life depended on it. Once the plane was leveled I opened my eyes.

"Not so bad as last time" Mads asked. "Yeah" I lied. It almost felt weird not having Austin with me. He would always rub my back or leg. I shut the feeling out of my head.

Once we were about 5 hours throughout the plane ride I only had 5 hours and 27 minutes left. The whole time I was playing music or reading. I was getting sleepy it was dark outside and my eyes were getting droopy. I fell asleep.

When I woke up we only had 24 minutes until the plane landed in France. Wow I slept for that long. I was having a difficult time going to sleep at nights. It just doesn't feel right without Austin.

Once we landed we headed to our hotel rooms. My hotel room was looking over the Eiffel Tower. It was a warm May Day. The premier wasn't until tomorrow so I'm fine. We just have to make it this whole trip without crying.

It was around 5pm when Mads came to knock at my door and ask if I wanted dinner. It would keep my mind off of thinking about Austin I thought.

The restaurant was fancy and I kinda felt out of place. I was wearing a crop top with a skirt. Mads and I sat outside because it was beautiful and the sun was still up. Once we finished eating we made our way to the famous Eiffel Tower that was right next to our hotel. The lights were on it looked so magical.

"It's so beautiful," I said. Mads took pictures of us and put them on her Instagram story. I haven't posted anything sense me and Austin broke up and I keep getting comments on my feed saying what happened to me or we miss you. I love my fans but I really wanted to focus on myself.

I decided that I should at least take a picture with Mads. It was a good picture. I didn't even realize that Mads was taking a video of me looking at the Eiffel Tower in all its glory.

Once we were done I headed back to my hotel because we had to go the the Elvis premiere at 12pm.

I was in my bed on my phone and decided that I was going to post the picture with Mads and me on my story. After I posted it I went to bed.

I heard my alarm clock go off around 8:00am. I pushed the button on my phone and took my phone of the charger cord. I spent a good 30 minutes just looking through my phone. I got a FaceTime call from Mads.

"Hello Mads what's up," I said. "Nothing I was wondering if you wanted to go to Starbucks and get coffee's before the premier," Mads said. I really couldn't back down coffee. "Yes please," I said. "Okay meet me in like 20 minutes does that sound good." "Yes," I said.

I said bye to Mads and went to my closet and pulled out a pair of baggy jeans and a shirt. I went in the bathroom to brush my teeth and put deodorant on. I bushed through my hair and put it up. My hairstylist will be straightening my hair later so I don't have to worry about my hair.

Once Mads and me got to Starbucks we ordered our drinks. And of course I got a blonde vanilla latte. "So we should get ready together," Mads said. "Yeah I like that idea my make up stylist and hair stylist won't be here until 10am so we should probably hurry up," I said.

We made our way back to my hotel room. Mads had to text her make up and hair stylist that she was at my hotel room and gave all the information.

Soon my hotel room was filled with make up and hair stylists everywhere. It took them an hour to straighten my hair. I was happy though. Mads was ready before me. I put my dress on and grabbed my purse. I went to the front to look at Mads dress. "Oh my god it looks so pretty," I said. Mads was wearing a long black dress. "I love your dress even more when you put it on," Mads said.

We made our way to the limo and by now I was taking deep breaths. Mads was helping me think clearly about the event. The limo was in front of the building. I took deep breath's. "You ready," Mads asked. I took one last deep breath "Yep." We got out of the limo the whole Outer Banks cast was just standing in front of the building waiting for instructions. They needed us on the red carpet taking photos.

I took a couple of steps and saw Austin with Kaia on the red carpet taking pictures. He was wearing a cornflower in his suit pocket. Keep the tears in.

Once the Elvis cast was doing interviews for the movie we were taking pictures I tried so hard to smile. Kaia and Austin we're being really cute behind the camera. I kept looking at them. Them panic struck.

People screaming my name. "Kaylen look over here." "Kaylen over here." "Please Kaylen look this way." "Kaylen." And Austin looking at Kaia with the biggest smile ever. My breathing was fast. I got a hold of Mads hand. She turned to look at me with fear in her eyes. "I need you to find a empty room," was all I said to Mads with a smile on my face. She thought fast and told everyone we were going to the bathroom before the movie started.

My manager came with us and my makeup stylist. We found an empty room by that time I could hardly breathe. "Kaylen keep breathing," Mads said. I couldn't breathe though. I was crying through my makeup and trying to soothe my breathing. "Do you want me to go get Austin," Mads said. I shook my head. I couldn't face him not now.

I still couldn't breathe. Mads started to pull the bow undone of my dress so I could breathe better. My eyes were so wet. I slide on the floor trying to breathe. "Kaylen hold on I'm going to get someone," Mads said.

My makeup team was trying to soothe my breathing. I couldn't my eyes were still spilling tears everywhere.

Mads finally came in the door with Austin behind her. I have no idea what she told him but I still couldn't breathe. Austin came over to me and got down on he's knees. "Kaylen breathe." He started rubbing my back. I put my head on my knees. Austin has been rubbing my back for what feels like an hour. My breathing started to level out. I could just feel Austin hand on my body. My makeup was probably ruined but I really didn't care if he saw me like this.

My breathing was fine down and I lifted my head up. Mads was there looking at me. Austin kept his eyes on mine. He finally hugged me. I could smell him. His scent filling my nostrils. I missed his stupid scent.
