Imagine two layers of fluffy, easily made peanut butter cupcake layers stuck together with some sweet grape jelly, a cake representation of the classic American peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
Grape Jelly
Directions:
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your cupcake pan with whatever patterned liners you want (you can use cheap ones, because we're going to throw away the liners in this recipe).
2.) In a large bowl, mix up the cake mix according to the directions (add eggs if it says so, milk if it says so, etc.) After it makes a batter, add the peanut butter. Spoon the batter halfway and slide it into the oven to bake until a cake tester poked into each one comes out clean (fork, chopstick, etc.)
3.) Remove the cupcakes from the pan as fast as you can and leave it to cool. Once it's cooled, peel the wrapper off each cupcakes and slice each cupcake in half (horizontally, so the cupcake becomes like 2 slices of bread). Spread jelly on one cupcake half and slap it together with the other half. Enjoy!
