There's a Kingdom far away that many knew about but could never get to. A place where all races could live together without prejudice.
Somewhere many dark elves and vampires wish to live.
But very few have made it there.
Commonly, those that have made it there have never come back, as if they didn't exist anymore.

Those who returned from such a place would have their memories erased, only to have them back when they returned.
Or if they returned, somehow.
There's only one exception, and that is if the ruler of such a place allows you to keep your memories.
