Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki were at a stalemate knowing that they spent most of their energy on their signature attacks. But Todoroki was suffering from over usage of his right side of his quirk. Izuku was just wearing him down but stops and ask him to use his left side to heat his body to continue.
Izuku Midoriya: C'mon, Todoroki. Use your left side. This fight is fruitless if you aren't using everything!
