This whole day has been weird. First the thing at the venue with everyone wanting me to go on tour with Five Seconds of Summer then it was let's all have lunch together. Like it wasn't weird enough for me when they all were smiley and thinking about what the tour would be like.

But I was okay with the lunch thing since Breanna did most of the talking. It sounded like they were going over cities, something like that at least. I was barely paying attention.

The only thoughts that were flooding through my mind were about Mason and how he would react to all of this, and none of what I thought ended too well.  But that right there was the weirdest part of the day.

Once we had arrived back at the hotel and I had plucked up enough courage to tell Mason about who asked me to tour with them, he was okay with it. He continued telling me that I should go ahead and do it and that it was a great opportunity. I didn't want to ruin his good mood by gaping at him so I fought the urge of letting my mouth fall open and just stared at him wondering what in the hell happened to him. This was definitely not his usual behavior.

"Okay." I drifted the word out, crossing my arms over my chest. "Breanna and their manager think it would be good to see their concert tonight so I can grasp what it would be like and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me." I asked him.

He pursed his lips, shaking his head. "No, it's just going to be a bunch of screaming teenage girls anyway."

This good behavior is seriously making me wonder but I guess I'll use the most of it since almost all the time he's shoved up my ass. I looked at him, trying to find out if there was something different about him but when he turned and glared at me, I bowed my head, turning to head into the bathroom.

I changed out of the clothes Taylor gave me this morning, as they were becoming uncomfortable, and pulled on a pair of black shorts and a ripped Pantera shirt that I had put in here prior to talking to Mason.

When I had finished, I walked out to Mason, undoing my braided hair so it fell loosely around my face.

"You sure you don't want to come?" I asked him again, just to make sure.

"No Savannah, I really don't want to go!" He all but yelled in a tone that said he was tired of the questions.

My smile dropped. There was some of his regular behavior coming back. Before he could really yell at me, I grabbed my phone and a pair of shoes before slipping out the door. As I waited in the elevator, I slipped the shoes on. I shouldn't have been so pushy with the questions, hopefully his mood would be restored when I got back.

The beat of the song currently playing was quite catchy. I had heard it multiple times and knew some lyrics but hadn't got to sit and listen to it like I had the others. The girls in the crowd though, all seemed to be screaming the lyrics while smiling and happily crying. Even if it was weird, that's exactly what I wanted. I want fans to be singing- or screaming- along to the songs that I wrote.

Don't get me wrong, I have amazing fans and have been on a small tour before but they were all singing along to the covers I sang online. None of it was what I had written so it didn't really connect me with them.

But as I watched Calum as he was smiling brightly and gazing around the space, waving at the fans when he could, I could finally grasp somewhat of what it would be like.
