The group found themselves with one extra member as they entered a restaurant in Calcutta, India. They all sat around a table, a waiter hurrying over to give each of the members a menu to order from.
Y/n stayed standing with Polnareff, unsure if they were allowed to sit with everyone else as they were new. They also wanted to stay near the Frenchman, and glanced over at his face with confusion etched into their features at why he wasn't sitting down.
"You've just got to get used to it," Avdol explained to the others.
Jotaro replied with, "I don't mind it, it's alright."
"Jotaro, are you serious? You must be freakin' nuts!" That was Joseph.
Polnareff put his hand up to his face and leaned over to Y/n as if telling a secret, but kept his voice loud enough so everyone in the group could hear. "Whew, so this is India? Talk about culture shock; 'you've just got to get used to it'? I guess people can adapt . . ." He paused as a waiter passed by, tapping his shoulder. "Hey, is that the way to the bathroom?"
The waiter seemed uninterested in answering the foreign man's questions, but replied anyway. "Yes. Please, take this with you."
Both the Frenchman and Y/n stared at what looked like a large stick that the waiter handed to Polnareff. With one eyebrow raised, he asked, "What the . . . a stick?"
Y/n left the silver-haired man to find the bathroom on his own. It would've been weird for them to follow, after all. They sat down in the empty seat next to Noriaki Kakyoin, the seat next to them reserved for Polnareff.
Not long after everyone started reading off of the menus, Polnareff ran out of the bathroom yelling, a hand on his face in shock. He no longer held the stick, and his pants were only above his waistline because his hand was holding them up by the hem.
The same waiter from before rushed over in confusion. "Sir! What's wrong?"
"You're asking me what's wrong?! The toilet! Look inside!! I can't believe it!" He pointed in the direction of the toilet, but from the table, the other Stardust Crusaders couldn't see what he was pointing to. Luckily for them, he said it so they didn't have to strain to see. "Inside the toilet! There's a pig head sticking out of it!!!"
The waiter waved his hand back and forth. "Oh, it must be hungry. The pigs from the pig stein below come up for food sometimes. This kind of toilet is rare even in India. But the design is all wrong! It's too shallow."
Y/n began to stand up from their seat in curiosity, looking out to see if there actually was a pig. Still unable to look, they got up and started to walk over. They stopped next to Polnareff, eyes widening in surprise. "There actually is a pig! I thought you were going mad!"
He turned to furrow his brow at you, but ignored your comment as he responded to the waiter. "The toilet being shallow isn't the problem here!" He paused to think more carefully about what the waiter had said. "Wait . . . it's coming up here for food?!"
Before they could lose their appetite anymore, Y/n patted Polnareff on the shoulder as if to show sympathy and jogged back to the table where everyone else sat.
"How about we get to ordering?" Joseph suggested once they had sat down.
They nodded, picking up a menu and finding something to fill their stomach.
As everyone had begun to finish picking out their orders, a certain silver-haired Frenchman came running out of the bathroom.
Everyone sprang up from their respective seats, looking at Polnareff with worry.
