"If you're reading this, you must be in dire need of a change. The same thing happened to me, long ago. I'd lost sight of what mattered most in life... real connections with other people and nature. So I dropped everything and moved to the place I truly belong."

This is the letter my grandpa left me 20 years ago on his death bed. There's an address and a phone number.

Stardew Valley? Pelican Town? What's there?

I took the first bus and my belongings to move there. As my grandpa mentioned: "when I'll be tired of the city life, I shall open the letter" something like that. And I do was tired working like crazy at the Joja company everyday of my life.

I was feeling lighter and lighter the closest we got to Pelican Town. I looked at the surroundings becoming more green, and full of trees and nature gradually.

When I reached the cottage there was an old man in a green shirt and yellow tie.

"Welcome, Daisy, to Pelican Town! I'm Mayor Lewis, I've been Mayor of for over twenty years! No one ever runs against me when it's time for an election. I like to think that it means I'm doing my job well. I like being Mayor."

He really must had like himself. "Thanks." There also was a woman with him with red hair and a proud smile. "Hey, if you need any materials or blueprints, my shop is the place you're looking for!" "There, there let's not talk about business straight forward, shall we?" the mayor said. I laughed "Thanks for the both of you... so this place... does need a little fix isn't it?"

The mayor smirked "I would hardly call this a cottage but... It's all your grandpa cared about. He loved this place. And he's surely proud for you to have it now."

I nodded and thought about grandpa, looked around and tried to imagine him, libing in that place.

"Have you met everyone in town yet? That sounds exhausting." Robin said.

I'm a shy person so I shook my head. "I came directly here. I will fix the cottage before meeting anyone... I guess" "So have a good night! And call me if you need a hand" We all smiled.

Lewis and Robin left, and entered the cottage. There was an old wooden kingbed. Beautifully made. An old tv, and a stone fireplace. I dropped my luggage and put my clothes in a crate.

I didn't have a cellphone or technology withme. I was in the middle of the nature by my own.
