Our Mother's
They tend to hold us, when life gets too much,
They reach out to us, with their gentle loving touch.
They caress our faces and wipe our eyes,
And build up our aspirations toward the skies.
They show us good, honest truth,
And show us to hold onto our youth.
They teach us how to tie our shoes,
Their lips are always there to kiss away boo-boos.
This is a day dedicated to her,
The one who is sure.
This is a day dedicated to one of life's greatest treasures,
