"Are you coming?" Petyr asked grabbing Alice's hand as he led her outside.

"Yes..."

"You don't sound to confident in that." Petyr remarked kissing her cheek.

"I was just off in my own little world. I feel like I'm forgetting something..." Alice remarked and Petyr closed the door stepping closer to her.

"What are forgetting?" Petyr pondered looking around. "Oh you made cookies last night that you told me I couldn't eat." Petyr recalled nodding to the counter.

'Yes!" Alice exclaimed. "Thank you." She pulled away from him and grabbed the cookies.

"For Sansa and Arya?" he questioned locking the door behind them.

"Ned.' She corrected and she heard the key falter in the lock before he pulled it free.

"Ned?" Petyr asked wrapping an arm around her waist.

"Yes. Well this is the hand tourney.' Alice reminded him. "I'm sure he will share with the girls, I just wanted to... I'm going to stop by his office before hand and drop them off." Petyr nodded stiffly. "What's that look for?" Alice coed wrapping her arm around him kissing at his jaw.

"Nothing... you are just so sweet Alice." Petyr reminded her. Definitely not an excuse to see Ned. Nope it was a logical reason to see him alone before the tourney. She felt awful. She was awful. She was doing it anyways.

'Sister,' Lysa said vindictively. 'what brings you all the way to the veil?'

'I have come to request your judgement on this criminal.' A guard pushed Tyrion forward.

'Who do you bring forth to the lady of the veil?' the woman sat with a boy clung to her tit like a lifeline. 'what has he done?' she spat.

'He tried to have my son Brandon killed!' Catelyn screamed.

'That is entirely false I assure you.' Tyrion began.

'Enough!' Lysa snapped, removing the boy from her tit. 'so you do not plead guilty for the crimes you have committed?'

'I have committed many a crimes, none of which involved any of the starks." But after today he was sure to kill Catelyn if he survived.

"How do you plead?'

'Innocent.' Tyrion said. 'I am innocent.'

'so be it.' Lysa spat. 'send him to a sky cell. See if that won't change his answer.'

"Knock, knock..." Alice said opening the door.

"Alice!" Ned exclaimed. "With cookies and here I thought you couldn't get any sweeter." Alice felt herself blushing as she passed them off to him.

"It's your day, I thought you deserved something sweet." Alice offered.

"I think I see something sweeter..." Ned countered putting the cookies down and looking to Alice. She knew why she came here, why she wanted to be alone but she was having a mental dilemma but she took a step closer. His hands on her waist moving across her dress and his touch pulled her closer so gently.

''Ned...'' alice whispered but her hands had a mind of their own. Her hands wrapped around his head keeping his mouth on hers. She loved petyr. What was she doing? She needed to stop. Neds hands pulling her body flesh to him he gripped her hips putting her on the desk his lips never left hers. Her dress bunched around her as ned stood between her legs hands sliding up her thighs. His fingers dipped between her legs and she moaned into him.

Ned's hands moved with precision. At any moment, anyone could barge in on them. At any moment, literally anyone could find them. Unlikely, considering everyone was focused on the tourney they were supposed to be at; but still. It's way more exciting than Ned ever thought something like this would be. Alice nodded again, desperation churning through her.

"Yes." Alice whispered. Ned's eyes took on a feral twist. He plants his hands on either side of her body against the desk and his face angled down to her and he exhaled over her lips, making her unconsciously bend up towards him, not yet touching, just drawn in, a magnet.

His breath was warm as it ghosts over her, another delicate exhale, another excruciating invisible pull.

"Don't run away from me Alice," Ned said into her mouth. His tongue darts out, flicks at her upper lip, and her head knocks back, papers and quills flying to the ground as he got closer. She fisted his shirt keeping him to her.

Her knuckles brush his abs, unsurprisingly hard and rippling. They're begging to be touched—she dove her hands up under his shirt, playing in the lines between his muscles. Slowly, so fucking slowly, he brushed his lips across her. His tongue shoots out in quick, short licks that taste her top lip, her bottom; he clamps his mouth to her and sucks her tongue into his mouth, tangling the two together. Her body arched up against him and he wrapped one hand around her waist, holding her flush to him. His hard cock pinned between their bodies and made her pussy ache.

"Your moans taste so good, Alice," he told her and started a trail of kisses down the side of her neck, nipping and licking his way to her collarbone. He hooked his finger at the strap of her dress, tugging it harder, pulling and pulling his lips still on her neck as she whimpered out.

There was a knock at the door and thank God for it because it forced them apart. What was Alice thinking? What was she doing? She was married. He was married. What they almost- but they didnt- but she would have. Ned took a step back offering her a hand down her dress righted itself, but her face was flushed her heart pounding her pupils dilated. She let out a shaky breath as the queen was announced and the door pushed open.

''Your grace.'' they echoed.

''Please excuse me.'' Alice said quietly as she moved around Cersei.

''Darling little thing Alice is.'' Cersei remarked as the door closed. ''Petyr is quite fond of her.''

''She is family''. Ned told cersei. ''My wife's sister. We are close.''

''Hmm.' cersei replied walking the room. 'you're missing your tournament' cersei reminded him

'Just because it's in my name does not make it mine.' Ned told her.

'Of course,' she agreed looking around the Hand's office.

'We were headed there now.' Ned added. "Alice was just delivering cookies." Ned remarked nodding to the cookies about to fall off the desk. He nudged them over.

'Of course... I thought we might put what happened on the Kings Road behind us,' Cersei offered 'the argument with the wolves... the need to kill the beast was extreme.' she admitted 'but sometimes we go to extremes when our children are concerned.'

'couldn't agree more.' Ned said stiffly.

'How is Sansa?'

'Well she likes it here' ned admitted.

'It seems she is the only stark that does, she favors the south like her mother not much of the north and her-' ceresi went on.

'What are you doing here?' Ned questioned.

'I might ask the same of you.' Cersei said taking threatening steps forward her heels clicking on the ground 'what is it you hope to accomplish?'

'The king called on me to serve him and the realm and that is what I will do until he tells me otherwise.' Ned informed her.

'You can't change him you can't help him.' Cersei informed him 'he will do what he wants what he's only ever done. You will do your best to pick up the pieces.'

'If that is my job then so be it.' Ned said confidently.

'You were just a soldier, you take your orders and you carry on. I suppose it makes sense your older brother was charged to lead and you were charged to follow.' Cersei mocked

'I was also trying to kill my enemies your grace.'

'As was I.' she informed him before turning away mischievous look in her eyes
