Oliver and Felicity sits down with Barry and Frost in the Arrow cave/base so Thea and the others won't hear their conversation. Oliver and Felicity will not only learn how damaged Frost really is but they will also grow to want to protect her at all coast.
After Barry and Frost leave the queen's residence, Oliver tells Felicity about his plan to make Frost happy as he can. Also snow frost at the end.

After Barry was able to calm down Frost, Felicity and I lead them down to the Arrow cave.
I love Thea and the others but they are really noisy people when it comes to someone's personal life.
"Frost. My name is Oliver Queen Barry's best friend. I may look very mean but I'm not really. Well uh I'm nicer to my friends and family," I said as we walked into the elevator.
Frost gave me a small smile but she stayed beside Barry rubbing her arm nervously.
Felicity pushed the button that takes us to the Arrow cave giving me a sad broken look.
"Look, guys. I don't need to talk about anything alright I'm fine," Frost said crossing her arms over her chest.
"They just wanna help you as well Frost. They need to know so they can help," Barry said placing a confronting hand on Frost's back.
Frost just let out a small whine throwing her head back before she walked out of the elevator with me and the others behind her.
I watched as Frost sat down on the steps placing her head in her hands letting out a much need sign.
"Whatever you need to say Frost we're here to listen. Just go slow and if you need to then take a break," Felicity said as we sat down in front of Frost.
"Ever since I was little all I wanted was to make my parents proud. Make them happy that I was trying to make them proud. But everything I do was always fucking bad," Frost whispered as she started to sniff a little.
"Charlie was the favorite child who could do no wrong, While I was the kid they never even wanted in the first place," Her parents seem like terrible people. They don't serve to be parents if they treated Frost like that.
I could feel my heart slowly break at the sight of Frost is right now. If I knew growing up I would have gone straight to the police.
She didn't dervere to be treated like that growing up.
"Have you been locked in a room since the age of 16? No, well I have. Spend my whole entire childhood watching my brother Charlie make friends. Find Love. Go to school. Eat with our parents. But I had to stay in that damn room locked to a bed," Cried Frost as she placed her head on the cold metal railing beside her.
Frost got up from the floor whipping her eyes as she walked over to the chains that were on the floor. From the look on Barry's face, Frost has a history with Chains and stuff like that.
